It is located near Ghas Bagan area in Howrah (opposite Golabari Thana). Trainer and staffs are active. Equipments are okay. Less fee than other nearby gyms. Separate time for ladies is also available. Zumba class is available. Recommended. Timing: 6am to 2pm...5pm to 10pm

It's a life changing place just you need to focus on workout and be determined towards your diet.. Rest very good ambience and friendly environment.. Great guidance by the trainers..
