the service of the branch is very bad. nobody should open bank a/ c here.I have experienced personally very bad.bank pass book is not updated. sometimes due to lack of printer,employyes,link etc.

Located in a busy place. It is ok.

Entrance is too small. Bank is on the first and second floor. Not much footfall except from end of month days

Bank with locker facility. Helpful staffs will make experience better.

1st. Bank`s branch of this locality.Almost 40 years` old branch. Very busy branch. Number of staffs are less.

Staff's behavior is not good.

*****Plz change the staff who is sitting the inquiry counter. his language is not good for socially. he behaive like home with others.
**Atfirst he should know how to talk for others then rejoin the bank.

No care for senior & ladies.

Really bad service. I never saw any improvement over the years. Stuff behavior is helpful and number of stuff is also not sufficient..long queues, unprofessional behavior, slow working style etc are common thing. They should recruit young candidate and make the service better..

Such a worst banking service.. Only cash deposit and withdrawal service are open.. No other service are developed after merging with PNB.. Staffs are just come to make fun nothing else... Please closed these branch or improve the services.. We are the sufferers..

Very poor service. And staff behavior is very poor and very slow. Upto date print machine not working. Bank Telephone not working condition. After marger with pnb no devolved. PNB organisation Please look into the matter.

Very bad service since begining. Staffs are old and inefficient. Almost a dying branch. Good for old people who want to kill their time in que for collecting their own money also.
