The worst service ever I have received. A man with Spectacle is very rude and unprofessional. He should be trained how to speak to customers. And instead of helping he was denying to help. I asked for opening an account. He directly denied. I think this bank is very casual they don't give priority to customers. And dont even care to focus on reviews and improve their customer services. Pathetic service.

The reason of rating 1 of this bank is when I went to ask for opening a new account the person was first of all asked like do u have any other bank account I said yes I have joint account I need an individual one. Then he told ki jahan ka account hai vahan ja k open karvao. I was like I haven't heard if it is like that. Again I asked why he said nahi hoga online karva lo 15k will be an opening balance. He kept on denying. I don't understand he was teaching me as i am new to this. Can anyone tell me is this so? I would request this bank to teach their employees how to first talk to customers. Otherwise, word of mouth us enough for this. This man actually doesn't know how to speak to customers so rude he was he was the man with speactcles. I would ask the management if really one needs to open an account with 15k and that also I cannot open from new bank. The worst ever service.
