Great setup coupled with trained and helpful trainers make this gym stand out of the croud in the whole of Shibpur locality.. Truly a multigym experience.

I am satisfied with this gym, trainers are very cooperative, lots of machines available, and both timings are available weather it is in morning or evening.

My experience: Being healthy right now should be a priority for everyone, I have been searching for a good workout facility for a long time and it was in yhe beginning of this year that I took admission here. The trainers here are well equipped and educated, it benefited me greatly as only after two months I find myself healthier and fit. The crowd here also is extremely decent and that is something I always look forward to in a gym. My trainer takes personal interest in every single person and suggests exercise accordingly. I have been gyming for a long time now but now it actually makes a difference because I am being guided appropriately right from the exercise to the diet.

This Gym by far is the most spacious Gym In Howrah, the staffs are very well behaved and the Trainers are very experienced & helpful. The ambience is also very good, well ventilated & clean.
