Travelled from pondicherry to pollachi, Bus came on time. The seat were neat. Blankets were provided. The charging point were not working initially, when checked with the driver he switched it on. The only issue was that pillow was not provided for the sleeper class.

Punctuality and the fare is unbeatable. Very good service, if improve cleanings in bus, billow cover and bed, it would add one more feather in the crown.

Bus was only 15 mins late..waiting room was provided for that. Reached Bangalore on time.
Bus was clean along with the seats and blankets. AC working fine.
The seat charger points and lights were not working.
2 rest rooms stoppages were given.
