nice and quiet and peaceful place...........for banking

PNB at South Garia branch.

My favourite bank .. coustomer service all time very good & very clear .

Worst branch, staffs are intolerable, they do not know how to serve a customer, the branch is not customer centric, my wife has requested for a debit card 6 months ago but still it is not delivered, overall very bad experience.

Staff are so bad.
Don't have any knowledge about banking related even there are no any staff who know what is the transaction password & profile password in internet banking.
This type of satff there.
That's why pnb booked loss every quarter.

Worst Bank branch,they could not provide their customers service properly.I had been requested for an ATM card 5mouth ego but I could not received my Card .

Given land line number is always busy shows that they are not interested in giving support over phone.

আপনাদের পিয়ালি ব্রাঞ্চ যেটা আছে ওটাতে কাজ ঠিকঠাক হচ্ছে না। আপনারা কি এটা সমাধান করবেন কারন পিয়ালী তে খুব অসুবিধা হচ্ছে। না হলে আপনারা কিছু করুন আপনাদের ওখানে গেলে আপনারাও কিছু করছেন না আমি একটা বই খুলেছি এক বছর হয়ে গেছে। এখনো পর্যন্ত আমার বই পেলাম না। ওখান থেকে বলছে kyc করাতে। দুমাস হয়ে গেছে। এখনো হলো না আপনারা কিছু করুন আমরা খুব অসুবিধাতে আছি। আপনাদের ওখানে গেলে আপনারাও কিছু করছেন না দেখুন একটু । Thank you 👍
