Its quite good

Extremely poor quality of service. The phone numbers listed on Google Maps don't work. The phone numbers listed on their employees' visiting cards don't work. They take months to move files by when the regulations change and then they ask you to provide more documents. The staff is untrained and incompetent. A death claim can take over 6-7 months to settle

worst home loan sector ever . dont take any loan from this bank. they are fraud . When you have any prob they never help you. They 1stly give you PEMI option ,and they said that after full disbursment it will changed to EMI option . but they dont change it .after disbursment they also cut PEMI . its your loss to pay only interest to bank .but the bank will get profit for this . They never think of customers Problem . very bad bank i have ever seen . pathetic customer service, they even dont give reply to your mail .totally fraud bank .kolkata branch .

The security person Mr Mainul Dey’s behaviour was too bad today as his tone of talking was ridiculous. This happened today at around 1 pm today nearby to Teller counter.

Rest the service is absolutely fine & complainant lodged verbally for his poor behaviour.
