Worst service ever. We have NRE account in this branch. We came to India for 18 days. Our account was dormant so we submitted all the documents to the branch by visiting physically. They checked all the original documents and made us wait for the whole day. At the end of the day they couldn’t finalise anything as the people or rather say the bank officers working there couldn’t fill up the form online. Here I repeat again that these people are working for the NRE service. After spoiling our whole one day the man sorry I can’t say gentleman here called GOUTAM said sorry we couldn’t do it today we will definitely do it tomorrow you don’t have to come. Since then one week gone we couldn’t access our own money, account is still dormant nothing has happened. Mr GOUTAM is not receiving our calls . That how they work. Hopeless service.

Very bad service, i have deposited cash to another account for the same bank, simply they will provide you received copy. but they are taking too much time to transfer the money. So if anyone need urgent money transfer you have to wait long time!!

worst experience . it has been one and a half year but they cannot close a single account just giving lame excuses and that too without any justification. great hatsoff to them. its all good if government is merging all the banks hearing these pathetic issues. keep it up
