Centrally located and very easy to notice from the road.
Ample parking inside the premises.
Well tended lawns.
Rooms are clean and spacious.
Service is better than most government guest house.
There is also a canteen here which caters clean and hot cooked meals.
However the boarding facility is only for residents of Andaman and Nicobar islands and government employees.
Room rent varies from free to very moderate.

Nice place, every facility is near by guest house. Service is good, foods are kolkata style. Nice environment, front side is full of flowers which increases the aesthetic of entrance. Rooms are average, itne paise me bht kch mil rha h.

Nice place at budget to be in the place which is in the heart of salt lake.If you are from Andaman then only you can book the hotel/ guest room.Room is comparatively better when compared to Andaman House room in Delhi.
