One day you have to enquire what you need to submit and another day you need to fulfill all formalities... Take two days in hand to complete the work, duplicate copies of marriages are given after 3months from the date of application.

It's situated on the 4th floor. Service is too slow. Have to wait for a long time.

I am trying to register my marriage from March but every website error is showing. Can you please make process more user-friendly if not online is working kindly start offline process.
We need this certificate for visa application.

Not able to register my marriage under Special Marriage Act with a foreign national in west bengal. Just due to a simple error in your website i am not able to apply. Make procedure for manual application if online isnt working to make things easier for your citizen.

Unable to register marriage under special marriage act 1954, section 13, with a foreign nationals as it's asking for aadhaar card number for foreign nationals. I think it's not possible to have an aadhaar card by a foreigner. Please update your application form for avoiding this error.

Behavior of the stuff are very bad. They dont want to do any work. They are come office just for attendance and withdrawal salary which are accumulated from public tax. I have called from last 30 days at their official phone number but they don't pick up. When I visited at this office stuffs are informed me that today most of the stuffs are in leave so they dont help me. I really surprise how a public servent provide service to a general public.

You need three months to get reissued marriage certificate which is necessary for work permit in Belgium, Nethery and Spain. Wait time of three months in unacceptable for a priority work like visa application

Not pick up call and not take action about any licence holding marriage officer...... (Complain about Tufanganj Register officer dimand 1500 fees)

Process is terrible slow, to get a copy of the certificate takes 3 months.

I came here for marriage certificate appostile work as was advised from NRI Department but found office closed. There was no notice of holidays or closure time. I came at 4.30 pm only to find the locked government office.

I visited the office for some assistance & information but didn't help us in all,poor behaviour
