The store is good enough and has a nice collection of footwears. The colors and the sizes are really nice. The store is located right on the main road so its easy to locate as well. In the evenings it will be difficult to get parking in this busy street if you are coming by car. Other than that I did not find much of a problem with this bata outlet.

I should be in a Oscilating position What to leave & what to choose.
LIMITED CHOICE. Bata the brand equity is descending.
Very courteous staff. Could see them embarrassed when my choice was not available & not in transit too. This situation is valid for other Bata showrooms in Pondy too.

Bata by choice. (Their tagline). More Indian than Italian. Love their 'Bata' pricing model, not their footwear collection as much.

Went back after decades to buy an emergency flipflops. Thank you Bata.

This store has smiling staff who are very helpful without being intrusive. Full points for a wonderful shopping experience.
