Its a splendid place, walkable to all the main placed of Pondichery.

The ambience of this place is so good, old style architecture, but beautifully and aesthetically maintained. The interiors of the room were splendid. The bedroom, washroom everything was beautiful and clean. Its worth every penny you pay them.

Defnetitely recommend this place for stay!

The rooms and the ambiance was beautiful the property is adjacent to the temple… Balaji was a great help..from the time of booking till departure. The food was tasty but limited options to choose from. The room downstairs where my dad stayed had railings in washroom so it was helpful for elderly people. It’s centrally located and a heritage property… we loved our stay here … Balaji even got me veggies which I wanted to take home with me which we do not get in Delhi. And at the time of departure got a Arun Icecream cake which was yummy … so all in all we had a fabulous stay…thanks Balaji

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. It is located at central area which makes everything accessible. The hotel gives a vibe of royal yet comfortable stay reflecting its heritage from every corner. The rooms are very spacious with a great view where one can have a perfect start of the day with a cup of coffee. I would surely live to stay at this place once again rather than going for any regular hotel.

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and i still often think of it fondly. Absolutely beautiful hotel, impeccable, kind and friendly staff, lots of lovely touches, perfect location, comfortable bed. One night i got up at about 3am to finish some uni work and sat outside so as not to disturb my husband. One of the staff saw me, and made me a cup of tea. I thought that was so lovely. All this made for one of the most memorable stays of my life and for all the right reasons.

It is very nice hotel. It looks completely South Indian house. We had very good experience with anantha heritage hotel.

Amazing hotel and very courteous staff. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The building is a 17th century building and it has a lot of history. It has antique furniture which adds to the retro feel. It's a very quiet place as well so there's no disturbances to your stay. If you get a room on the first floor you can see the temple pool behind this heritage home where you can spot a lot of fish and kingfishers. Overall a very zen place to stay at.

Staff were very hospitable and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. They are very knowledgeable and will guide you though locations to visit, itinerary etc.

Location is great as white town is just 1km away and all the top tourist places like rock beach, french cafes, french colony are there. Very reachable by walk or auto.

Parking must be done on the road though, there's no private parking.

Recently stayed at the hotel during new year ! The property is beautiful and well kept , plus the heritage look makes the stay special . The ACE point of the property is the staff, both Balaji and Mani took special care or of our requests. They are very invested in creating an exceptional experience for their guests . Value for money and lovely vibe ..

Stayed at this property for 2 days as name indicates it is one heritage 🏡. Placed in the center of the city and nearby access to most of sight seeing places and 1km away from the beach. Have to mention about Balaji very nice person he will go ahead to make the guests comfortable.

It's great if you want to experience a different hotel setup and it's just behind a temple and the view is great from the rooms. Definitely a place to opt for.

Anantha Heritage is a very aesthetic stay. The staff is very friendly especially Balaji and Kalai they have been extremely kind and helpful from the beginning till the last.
Food was average. The room is clean and the stay was pleasant. Must visit place for sure 😊

Very good accommodation to spend with family. Clean environment and maintained good. Traditional house. Staffs are good. Ambience and facility in room are good. Even though in city centre its very good and calm. Varenda and balcony were good. Pond view is good. Chess board attached to wooden bench is good.

I stayed at Anantha with my sister and mother who is a senior citizen. The folks at Anantha went out of their way to ensure we did not face any hassles and had a comfortable stay. The room alloted to us had a great morning view, facing a lotus pond and mandir. The rooms are beautifully done up and very well maintained. The location is also great , within walking distance of the French quarters. Highly recommend Anantha for the warmth and the personalized care that the team showers on their guests. Will definitely revisit.

Extremely tiny rooms. Congested. Not recommend for families .only bachelors can stay here. No room service.
