Villa Rock

We have reserved this villa for our family
gathering. Everyone loved the house and ho
well Everything is placed. Nice vibes, clean
rooms with washrooms and nice terrace. Nia
was friendly and helpful. we used the kitcher
for my baby's food needs
Coming to the location, it is well located stay
just a little stroll and you see rock beach. A
little walk to the other side you are at the
Ganesha temple and the street shopping
around.

Had booked this Villa through AirBnB for 3 nights for more than 14 people and here is the experience we had.

1. We got very early check-in without any issue at all.
2. The host, Mr. Niaz was very welcoming, approachable and helped us with every single thing we needed.
3. He helped us get 10+ 2 wheelers that too in the long weekend where the whole Bangalore was in Pondicherry.
4. The property was 5 min walking distance from the railway station and just 2km from the bus stand.
5. Villa is in prime location, walkable from most of the point of attractions.
6. Villa has a very amazing, movie like living room, amazingly build interiors and a picture perfect hall.
7. There are 7 AC rooms with attached washrooms, 1 common washroom, 1 dining space, 1 kitchen, 1 washing machine, large and comfortable sofas, and a large TV as well.
8. Terrace is amazing too, just a note that make noice inside the property but not outside. 😅
9. Food delivery options are easily available via Zomato and Swiggy.
10. Beds are of decent size
11. Extra mattresses are available.
12. Toilateries are provided.
13. Few washrooms have heated water options too.
14. Villa has private packing as well, with a solid gate.
15. Mr Niaz came to pick us up from the railway station, helped us getting bikes, helped with finding good restaurants, prime locations to visit, suggestions on shopping, even helped us while we vacated the property, getting autos for bus stops. Don't think any one would be expecting more then this from a host.

Would never think twice before booking this place ever.

Weird, but only pros are there, no cons at all.

Very clean and great ambience . All the rooms were well maintained. We loved the walk to the beach - just 4-5 mins. Close proximity to beach and M. G. road made us enjoy the stay well. The in charge Mr. Niaz was very kind and helped without any hesitation.

It is one of the best places to stay Pondicherry. It has an excellent location. The rooms were clean and tidy and the size of the villa was perfect for a group of 16 people. It had all the facilities. Our host, Niaz, is a gem of a person. He helped us a lot during our trip and he made sure we faced no trouble. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable!

It's a reliable and awesome room for group of people. It's in residential area so it was safe for family and private enough for bachelor stay. Overall a very good experience

The location is perfect, walkable distance to beach. Just outside white town. Lots of good restaurant and shopping areas nearby. Best fit for larger group.. Rooms and washrooms need a bit of maintenance. Overall a good stay.

Located near rock beach , neighbours are bugging kind , owner though being very cooperative and understanding; was lacking the sense of privacy.

Good place to stay in the heart of white town. Best suited for family stayings.
