The Residency Towers Puducherry

We stayed for 4 nights in November '23 for a family vacation. Our room had no view although, but room was clean spacious and had all facilities. Restaurant had many great options. The buffet had a vast spread. Location of this property is central and all tourist places are easily accessible. It right in the market, so many other restaurants are also close by. One can step out to explore the market any time. And public transport is also available easily from here. Overall a good stay option.

I had an exquisite stay at the hotel and indulged in the spa's rejuvenating treatments. The hotel's luxurious amenities and attentive staff exceeded expectations. The spa's tranquil ambiance and skilled therapists provided a blissful escape. A truly delightful experience that I highly recommend for both leisure and wellness enthusiasts.

Our 2 nights at Residency Towers was wonderful. The room and bathroom were large, comfortable, and nicely furnished. An iPad controlled everything from the AC to the curtains, but not the toilet. Service was excellent, possibly excessive. Breakfast and lunch was nicely prepared and delicious.

Ambience is good. Dishes are limited but tasty. Fine dining one. They had live music played, we came for lunch buffet, worth recommending this place. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Had good experience with my team.

These were beautiful days in Pondy.. it’s a beautiful hotel… food, staffs amenities were very good… no doubt for giving 5 starts for this hotel. They are providing cycle for rent… which is a brilliant idea in Pondy… only thing they should provide a lock for the cycle… we couldn’t park somewhere and go for a walk…

Such an amazing stay it was, at The Residency Towers. Amazing hotel with amazing hospitality, my experience was just fab. So classy and good to chill out at the hotel itself. They have a huge spread of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And mouth watering food with a variety of food options in veg and non veg both. Buffet and ala carte available. Rooms are all accessible by tab provided. A chargeable mini bar with other complementary food items in the rooms is available. Swimming pool, gym , spa , and other indoor games are also available for you to enjoy with family and friends.

Situated in the middle of main market. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Service is top notch. The buffet during lunch and dinner is very extensive with very different menu. Generally all food items are delicious. The rooms have all smart elements from light, curtain, tv, room service among all others.

Everything is perfect from food to services to rooms and staff is perfect.
The only small setback is that it's in the middle of city so no sea view etc available but they compensate it with hospitality and luxury.

We have regular BNi meeting in this place. food and ambience very good and nice.

Rooms are quite spacious, but air conditioning was not working as per individuals need. It was centrally controlled, hence, was bit worm for me in the room since temperature is quite high outside.
However, hospitality was really good, right from reception to help desk for room services. Especially the gesture received from Kavya during our dining in the hotel restaurant, really happy.

Food was good, really pleased with the variety in the menu, meeting intercontinental taste.

I just spent one hour only it is awesome experience.. rooms are very clean and adorable.

Had a great stay here! Rooms were awesome. Spent a lot of time in the drawing room with indoor games, and the pool. The food was nice. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Extremely hospitable staff, wonderful service. The staff and the people here are the best asset. The rooms are state of the art.

My trip to Puducherry would have been tiring to the core had it not been for the fabulous service, property and rooms at Tesidency towers. The hotel staff are amazing at their job and make sure that you are treaded like how you wish to be as a guest. The receptionist- Lakshmi took the extra effort along with her team to make my daughters birthday a very special one with my room being decorated with balloons and a cake to welcome us. The automation of all the lights, drapes through the ipad was amazing and they also have a nespresso coffee machine. They have truly outdone themselves and I could say that our holiday was made perfect because of the stay with them. The dinner was alacarte for us and being vegetarians, it was awesome. The breakfast spread had lavish south indian and out here, I could never go wrong.

One of the best 5-star hotels in Puducherry. The Residency Towers is situated at a prime location surrounded by French-styled buildings and a calming ambience. The hotel is in close proximity to White Town, a popular landmark of the city.
Rooms are generously spacious and classy for both corporate and leisure guests. The rooms are luxurious too.
There are 2 spacious banquet Halls for hosting birthdays, anniversaries, and other social gatherings, both are elegant and have nice interior.

It was first trip with our 10month old. We looked for various stay options and after comparing all the reviews/feedback, we settled for Residency Towers.

Location: This place is located right in the middle of Pondi, which makes everything tourist spot approachable.

Staff: Right from the Check-in, everything was handled smoothly by each staff member. They are all extremely courteous and supportive. They made us our stay comfortable by ensuring every possible support for the baby. Anything asked was served or delivered in time.

Room: Room was great. Everything was operated using an IPad including (curtains, TV, AC, in-room services), inshort it was a tech savvy room.

Food: We only had breakfast, but it was good continental food similar to other hotels.
Special shoutout to restaurant staff “Shaba” for being extra helpful to us.

Amneties: They have an indoor pool, gym and spa.
Pool - It was good but they will ask even male to wear a tshirt inside the pool. That was first of a kind request.
Gym - If you are a gym buff, then not worth. They only have a machine that can do lat workouts, bench presses and leg extensions. A few treadmills and cycles though.
Snooker table & Foosball good too.

Overall it was a 5/5 experience with nothing to nag about.

Stayed at the Residency towers for 3 nights and loved absolutely everything about it. The most welcoming staff and impeccable services. A very fulfilling buffet. Worth every penny 👌🏻
