The staff is nice, especially the manager. Very accommodating of any requests. It is reasonably priced and conveniently located. One thing they can improve is the repairs inside the room. Most of the plumbing is old and rusty and doesn't work as expected.

Such a beautiful stay ❤. Had an amazing experience staying at this heritage place . It was beautifully maintained and very clean . Felt like home at this stay . From the watchman to the receptionist everyone were so kind ,friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay at this place everytime we go to pondy . Beautiful rooms,beds and corridors. Everything was so beautiful about this place ❤.
This was also very close to the rock beach. The receptionist was kind enough to have our bags at the lobby even after checking out so that we could roam at ease till evening. Just in love with the stay ❤

I stayed here two times in a row when I visited Pondicherry. I only like it better and really like the aura of the place. It is located in Heritage town and one can experience both the vibes from the locals and still travel to the other part of the city to experience the French vibes.

The staff have been helpful in getting an auto booked, giving directions for traveling out of Pondicherry or even the exceptional service inside the hotel. The security uncle and the staff at the reception always greeted with a smile.

I had breakfast once and the food was very tasty and staff in the kitchen were very courteous.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe (experience as a female solo traveler), economical and clean place to stay in Pondicherry.

P.S: The courtyard totally enhanced the beauty of the property.

It's amazing space with beautiful architecture of a traditional tamilian heritage house with a small pond and statue in the centre of the house...washrooms are big as small rooms...with cleanliness...they use to provide services paid pickup n drop services... location is so good that main view points u can explore by walk...1.4km from beaches, aurbindo ashram, Ganesh temple, church, botanical garden.

I stayed here for one night during early march. I wanted to stay near white town and this seemed to be the best option. The hotel has great aesthetics specially the entrance and common area. I had booked a studio room which was nice, the bed was super comfortable. However, maybe bathrooms can be improved a bit. The best thing about this place is the staff. They were very accommodating and welcoming. I asked them if they could help me with keeping my luggage for the day and they easily helped with the same. Totally recommended!

I recently stayed in the property for a week and trust me, it feels like home with all the traditional values. It is the beautiful budget friendly property and their rooms, bathroom and all the property premises are very neat and clean and well designed. This property is in the main area and all main attractions are on walkable distance. Their staff is very polite, humble and friendly. I loved their breakfast which was yummy and will definitely stay here next time too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful heritage stay with local household build at budget price. Very helpful and polite staff. I took single bed studio room. The bed was comfortable. Totally recommended if comfortable in staying in Heritage town.

One of the best place to stay in Pondy. Close by to all major places. Very nice traditional beach style location. Sinple and hygienic breakfast. Staff is very humble.

Parking is a little pain all over the stays in Heritage and White town. But the staff is very helpful in making sure you have a location to park.

Loved the stay and it was a cozy place. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious and filling! They made kind arrangements for a kettle to make hot water for my 1 year old daughter's feeding requirements. Also, they did offer a locked parking facility for my car during the stay.

A beautiful hotel at a reasonable price located at a prime location in Pondy. Rooms are neat and clean and very comfortable. Overall service is very nice. Recommended. 👍

The hotel is in the tamil sector ,walkable distance from French colony. The hotel Staff were too good. Rooms were clean and compared to other hotels the tariffs are also cheap.The morning breakfast was simple south Indian food but was good.The parking was tight, but the staff will manage to help in that

Esparan Heritage is a beautiful hotel with a very traditional ambience.
Rooms are all big with comfortable beds and traditional wooden furniture. The bathroom and bedsheets were clean.
All rooms have good lighting, fans, and AC.

And the hotel staff were considerate of our requests regarding late checkout.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in the Heritage town.

Highly recommended, peaceful beautifully designed heritage rooms with lovely interiors and wooden furnitures. The staff is very supportive and polite. Rooms are super-clean and comfy. And yes it is budget friendly.

Loved the vibes.. so refreshing. Rooms are really clean and neat.. they are really nice people.even the security uncle was sweet.. unfortunately we couldn't stay for long but definitely gone visit again.

We stayed there during March (beginning of summer) and we had an awesome time there. The hotel rooms, amenities and staff everything was a good experience. The rooms were neat and tidy with their authentic rusty looks. The location is in the busy Anna Salai of Pondicherry which is just 2kms from Rock beach, walkable distance and one can enjoy the beauty of white town. The staffs are very polite and flexible. We chilled in their small terrace which is surrounded by cool French architecture houses. The morning breakfast was amazing and hygienic with simple South Indian dishes. Only tiny issue was the parking of vehicle was difficult. Very Good job by the management for maintaining it very neatly!! 💯% recommended for accommodation in Pondicherry!!👍🏼

A simple neat resting place for my last few stays. I prefer to choose them for their homely heritage look, decent staffs, well cleaned room. I personally feel pleasant when I stay here. Just experience the place with woody feel rooms.

Stay is at the center of the city. Very well maintained stay with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is also very friendly and super helpful. Definitely would recommend this place for a pleasant stay!
