LIC of India, Branch Office

Main LIC office in 1st floor where I get my LIC yearly report. Office time Weekdays Morning 10 am - 2 pm Afternoon 2:45 - 3:45 pm. Saturday 10 - 12:30

Went for the change of branch request, located prime area in Pondicherry surrounded by lots of trees. The office was located in 1st floor its clean and spacious. I was redirected to LIC Agents room from the reception counter for enquiry. The are about 6 agents presented there all were looked after me professionally guided me properly and easiest way to do the formalities. The best part is when we left from the Agent room one Agent volunteerily helped me to gain more further information about the entire process of change of branch and change of nominee. Overall me and family had an very pleasant experience.

Been there for closure of my LIC policy. Staffs are friendly and they gave exact requirement details before in hand. Even if one staff went out for lunch, others are ready to help. Feel good experience, didnt expect this much efficiency.

They have appointmented securities to check the visitors temperature and they provide Hand sanitizer used to protect ourselves and staff members.
