Its unfortunate that Online banking wise or product and service offered wise ICICI have everything for success , but their customer relation managers are very very poor , worst service you can get from a bank for a premium customer , I personally have an account in this Mission street branch since 2 years, when ever i contact my service manager Meenakshi Baskar, she never attend my calls or respond to my messages, even she have seen my messages, she only decides to answer two days after, at her own convenience, even for urgent requirements they don't seem to care at all, I think its time for ICICI to send all their staffs for training to their competitor Axis Bank , and let them learn, take exemple how a customer relation managers should be...

3 மணிக்கு க்ளோஸ் பண்ணி என்ன பண்ண போறீங்க ??? காசும் கையில் வாங்கறது இல்ல. அதுக்கும் ஒரு டப்பா வெச்சு இருக்கீங்க. அதுக்கு மேல உங்க செக்யூரிட்டி, ஒரு GM ரேஞ்சுக்கு பேசுவான். வாய தொறந்து பேசினா கொரஞ்சு போடுவான். வெறும் செய்கை மட்டுமே. போங்கடா நீங்களும் உங்க டைமிங்கும்.
