Compared to other governmental spaces this particular venue is much better than them, yes it's true that much more important can be implemented but you know it's always been from the high command heirarchy issues that drag their innovating ideologies.

The roads are being widened outside the RTO from my visit about 6 months back hopefully leaving more space for parking 2 wheelers and avoid congestion on the busy main road. My renewal process today went smooth and quick- in less than an hour’s timeframe. I had processed with the help of a driving school. A small queue one for application review and other for photo which was properly regulated by the staff personnel in order to eliminate any crowding inside the premises which was good. Seating chairs for the queue while waiting to take photo was a facility that needs to be appreciated.

Well organized RTO office, you need not wait for anything, RTO office staffs are polite and well behaved, they are keen to help us, RTO office is situated on the main road connecting Koyambedu to Arcot Road, it's a very busy road, parking our vehicles are difficult task, very congested and suffocating place to run a RTO Office, anyhow our tasks are done with this Office without any difficulties, Thanks to the RTO Chennai South staffs.

Worst service. I. Closed finance and went they told bring R C and insurence'Pollution. I taken and went another day and one person sitting their seened every thing and signed ,shown counter told go then I went i given all documents he checked and told come after 10days and collect u r new R.c then I went after 10days i asked New R.C that time they r telling sir u need to pay online fees after only u get. Then i asked why don't u inform on that day simply they told sorry sir. So worst service

It was too crowded. No standard operating procedures for COVID 19. Most of them didn’t wear masks. Narrowed queue and no social distancing. Since the road is congested, there are problems with parking your vehicles. I parked my bike in a street opp to this office. Better the office may be relocated to some wider location. If you are going in a car, you need to roam around the area for parking…

Super friendly staff. Better go from a driving school. They will guide you better!

Good. Very supportive staff and Inspector madam is helpful. PRO sir is very kind of explaining the process.
But you must to know the process and have a patient to get the work done.

Got my license from here recently, though it took long time since I applied, due to Covid lockdown.

Organized, approachable & informative officers. One of the best government offices I had ever visited. I really had good experience with the RTO officer, who guided clearly for my Car hypothication removal as well as officers who guided on license renewal.

Staffs are very polite and humble. They give respect to public and also clearly explaining the steps to follow on getting the license. They work fast, avoids waiting time.

Located on main road.... no parking available..... but inside they work very fast.... once we entered the persons work is finished hardly in 30 mins... its very appreciable among government offices....

I applied both RC & License. As a Differently Abled i didn't face any difficulty. The Inspector given very good support and other staff also doing the best service. really happy. thanks to every one.

The new online process for transferring the car was very smooth and easy . I paid the fees online, printed the documents and submitted it at the RTO Office. The person at desk was very helpful. It took less than 10 minutes to submit the documents. The transfer was completed in one day.

Office is well furnished with traffic signals and staffs are very humble and kind.. overall good circumstances
