I had some a wonderful tme here. My 2nd time and I never feel less. Anjan definitely made us feel at ease. Came over to make sure we are happy and asked us how is the food. The food was really good. Thumbs up to the service of Anjan and he really made us feel at home.
Will come again :)

Wonderful ambience, amazing service by Dev and team, very fine food and a nice day we spent. They accommodated us even they are nearing the time to close. Starters crispy corn, chicken, potato were all very good. Biriyani (wedding style) tasted amazing a must try. Live counter had nice varieties. Kiddos will love the icecream and desserts counter. On top of everything they also had very nice pani poori station.

We loved the concept of not tipping them for the amazing service rather company shares the profit (hats off for that).

Must try and will sure come again every time we come to chennai

Update Feb 2024: we went again this time when restaurant is open and the experience was very nice. Deserts were splendid and customer service they really make all customers very special and try hard to make memories and come back every time.

Coal barbeque was an awesome place to visit to enjoy various kinds of food. There is some news about coal barbeque that they use expired chicken and food, but I didn't have any issues on that day.

One of the main things to change is that they need to appoint Tamil-speaking people to enhance their services.

Lovely foods. And Mr.Anjan treated us so well and explained the new foods with us... Enjoyed lot.

Went with team (22 members), overall the experience was good.
Parking - all of us went by 2 wheeler /cab, not sure about car parking, but have enough parking for bikes.
Atmosphere - good, very spacious, can occupy more than 100 I felt.
Hospitality and service - was ok. after starters nobody was there at our side. Tissues/Towel not setup on some tables, had to ask multiple times to get it. Sometimes we waited for someone to come to our side to get things. But, they helped us to get some discounts with smiling face even though it took some time on the app.
Value for money - Yes.

One of the best experience I've ever had. I went with my friends it was totally a full fun filled and unforgettable moments. Just go with your family or friends and enjoyed it. They have all variety of foods🤤🔥I thoroughly enjoyed it. Approximately they cost 650rs for one member but it differ on weekdays and weekends. I'm also missed some dishes 😛 you guys don't do that mistake.

One of the best BBQ to have your delicious food in Chennai. All the starters are awesome, a huge variety of veg, non veg, Pizza, pastas, dessert there to taste. Mangolian counters have great stuff to taste Verity of different items.
I should mention about Debendra Patra who served us, he is very polite and on toes always to serve the customer better. The way he is treated is great.

This place is so underrated, though very closer to my home I never had the opportunity to visit this place. My first choice has always been BBQ nation but this visit to Coal BBQ has broken a barrier for me. Absolutely delicious food, quick service, good atmosphere and spacious. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to try Bbq.

Anjan was very great and helpful and catered to all our needs and make every effort to check whether the food eS spicy for my daughter and was willing to make changes with ease and was very helpful

I should give a 5+ star for service if it's available. Such a comfortable service they provided here. Visited the place wid my Friends and we loved spending time here. The staffs here made my us to feel so comfortable, and the food was delicious too. Loved the dessert platter particularly - and the variety provided here was amazing.
