Wonderful hospitality . Awesome room with very pleasant ambience. The staff were super supportive and the key administrator Mr.Subranath ji was always responsive to all needs. The food is so nice, that our patient voluntarily discontinued home food after two meals. Makes the patient and their families life so much easier.

Recently both of my kids were admitted there, and I must say I am overwhelmed by their service...they took so much care for the kids and the food they serve is just outstanding. I recently had my surgery in ILS Hospital, Salt Lake. Surgery went off very well. They will not make you pay unnecessary bills. The staff is pretty supportive and will guide you well. Rooms were clean and hygienic.

BEST.....I'm not from Kolkata,but shifted here for job and since been staying here. So don't have much knowledge about other hospitals. But since recently I had to get admitted in ILS Salt Lake for a surgery, I'm sharing my personal experience only. And in one word it is 'BEST'. Doctors,nurses,other staff, ambience,pre and post operative care... everything about ILS was absolutely superb and beyond our expectations. How hospitals maintain hygiene - is a very crucial aspect to consider, where a surgery is to be done. And be it the reception or the hallway or the temple area or the area in front of the OT, or the twin cabin - the cleanliness was thoroughly maintained and that gave us a lot of confidence for proceeding with the surgery over there.

My mother had a TLH BSO surgery and she was in a twin cabin and the overall experience from consultation and admission to discharge was very commendable seamless.

The staff members were very caring and cordial and my mother was treated very gently.
The food was very well packaged and served. Very palatable to have, not horrible enough to throw away yet not unhealthy for the patient but tasteful too - as my mother described.

Surgery is a stressing aspect but the hospital experience was comforting enough to manage the stress and anxiety better.

I got admitted in ILS saltlake in the month of October 2023 for a surgery. I have no hesitation to say loudly that the quality of service received from the nursing staff, nutrition expert and the medical experts are truly astonishing. Moreover the overall management, cleanliness and services are very appreciable. I recommend this hospital for budget treatment at Kolkata.

Had Gallbladder Stone removal laproscopic surgery here. Very satisfied with the overall experience from the hospital. Also Dr. Om Tantia and his team did excellent job.

This is the most genuine hospital with the best doctors in Kolkata. My most preferred hospital. Though they have limited space but the service and facilities are outstanding. Most importantly they have the best doctors. Dr.Jayanta Mukherjee (Gastroenterology) is 'THE BEST' in Kolkata. Thank you doctor.

One advise to the management is this is the first hospital I have seen where there is no pharmacy. Hence request if they can have a pharmacy.

My wife delivered a healthy male baby, all the doctors including Dr Madhumita Das Lala and paediatrician Dr RK Goel along with nursing and administrative staff are highly qualified to look after the patients and my baby,
I have taken the multibed facility on 7th floor which is overall good, food quality is top notch.
All the insurance people Debanjan, Arunima Di were really cooperative,

Only issues I faced with the baby insurance which was not billed along with the mother in the single claim which got rejected hence I need to pay 25k from my pocket.
But all I believe is mother and baby well being is of utmost importance, hence that can be ignored.

Overall hospital treatment , ambience and service is very good. Doctors are very kind and explain all issues properly. Infrastructure is small as it is not very big hospital but overall very good experience with my mom treatment and care.

I had a lap chole done by Dr om tantia and his team.
The entire team and hospital staff made the surgery go as smooth as possible. At no point of time was I left unattended even though I had a night stay alone.

The hospitality is wonderful. All hospital staff are cooperative and helpful. Cleanliness is excellent and the food quality is also great..
