I lodged a complaint on December 2020 but till now get no hearing date. And also get no information it is very unfortunate. I thinks they are only to protect promoter. Get no reply even on mail.

It's been 8 months now and I still not received a first date of hearing. Because of delay from promoter, I came to Hira. Now, they are masters of making it more delayed. People, do not come here at all. They are like soldiers without weapon. Officers are all useless. Had there been any marking lesser than 1 star, I would have been more happy to go to the bottom. RERA is now active for WB.

You can not find a single person inside the office. "Security" guards do the consultation and generally their response is "no body comes here as there is no RERA formed yet, go to court or complain to CM if you want". They are public servants and dont even come to the office. I request if someone has time, please check and really complain.

I have seen one property..Now when i am asking for other papers to builder..he is saying download it from HIRA website..Can anybody help me or guide me regarding this as i am unaware about HIRA..also kindly guide whether i should go for that property or not?

Till date not a single aggrieved got justice. Too reluctant to take any step against builders. While other state RERA is so efficient, hira is just an eyewash.

Efficiency has drastically subsided since the new board has replaced Mr Onkar Singh Meena. Now getting final order will be delayed significantly.
