In one word PURULIA trip was awesome, excellent and fatafati.We travelled to purulia,baranti and others sight seen on14/3/24 to 17/3/24 in 3N/4D package. The entered trip was organised by sayoni was awesome. Sayoni was very cordial, friendly and competent enough to manage everything including local sight seen. Most of the tourists (22heads) were old aged.An excellent trip as promised and our enjoyment is over and above our expectations. One of our associates basically niggered in nature and used to throw his poor mentality in describing sayoni like our grand child in such a mean way.We all bless sayoni so that she could arrive at the pinnacle of her journey. We would strongly recommend for future travel plans with RADIANCE TOUR.

We travelled to sundarban in 2N3D package and he trip was organised beautifully. They get full marks for their hospitality. Our manager Mr. Rhitam was very professional and helped us to the fullest. The resort was also very beautiful.
The food they provided was also very delicious.

I am from Bangladesh and I traveled to Kashmir with Radiance tour. I loved the arrangements, the hotels were clean and spacious, and the food was delicious. We covered the best spots in Kashmir in a very short time. The best part was getting an amazing team that had tourists from West Bengal and Bangladesh. We all enjoyed the tour together. It's a 5 women trip, we enjoy a lot, our Sunderban tour will always be memorable . Special thanks to our tour oganizer ( special mention our tour guide Arijit), boat staff ,resort staff. All are very helpful and friendly. 5 🌟 for food.

We went to Sunderban through this travel agency on New year. And our experience was nothing shorter than phenomenal. All the staff was quite friendly and accommodated. The resort was quite new and the stay was superb.

They picked us at K.C. sweet shop and then took us by a traveller and then we boarded the boat and then we had a 3 days of full on entertainment.

I can say the trip was full value for money. We would once again use this tour in mid July. I recommend this tour agency, Radiance tours.

My first experience with Radiance tour was very enjoyable. I visited Kashmir which is truly the heaven on Earth. The natural beauty of this place is inexplicable and you must visit Kashmir at least once.
The tour manager, the cook, and attendant were always at our service and the food service was the best part. We had different menu in each meal. Hotels were decent and the transportation was quite comfortable. The operator ensured our convenience during the trip as most of the tourists were mid to old aged. We covered the beautiful spots of Kashmir and I am glad that I made this decision to come here with Radiance tour.
The only drawback was the boring train journey. I'd recommend to either take a flight or go by any train other than Jammu Tawi. Otherwise, everything went really well. I'm planning more trips with Radiance tour.

We went on a "3 days, 2 nights" trip to Sundarban. Radiance Tour did a great job and we enjoyed our trip a lot. All the staff members (Sukriti, Arijit, Subho and others) are very professional, friendly and respectful. They took care of all aspects of the trip very well (car ride, boat ride, lodging and food). Will definitely consider them for any future travel.

In one word, EXCELLENT! Traveled to Sunderban in a group of 11, booked a 2N/3D package from 30 Dec - 1 Jan. The voyage was enthralling. Food (breakfast, lunch and hi-tea) were served on the boat while dinner was served at the resort. Special thanks to Santu Da, Sukriti and Shubho for their excellent hospitality. They make both domestic and international trips (especially to SE Asia and UAE).

I bimal mandal is an employee of radiance tour. This account belongs to my son saheb mandal. Two days ago our ex company employee priyanka barua wrote a very worst review against our company & our proprietor Mr. Santu Majumder. She said that he Doesn't give salary to his employees. i would like to say that all of our employees got their full salary every month as per my knowledge . Even in the lockdown period our proprietor paid salary to our employees every month. So i think Priyanka are saying totally wrong & misguiding information publicly.

Purulia tour was excellent, which was started. Tour Manager Mr Sukriti is very polite and good person indeed. Tour managed by him in every event was excellent.

Went to Sunderban with a big group (30 members). The arrangements we're immaculate. Food was great. Agents were cordial, cooperative. Overall a very good experience. Will surely recommend for any kind of group.
