A local post office with a genuine gesture to help people.. I went there to collect my reissued passport which I missed to receive at home. Reaching there I found that it was again sent to my home. These people were so helpful that they tracked the postman arranging him to drop it again at my place according to my convenience. The postman, I don’t know his name, was so helpful that he came twice in the same day to deliver it in my hand. I am really thankful to them.

I visited the passport seva kendra located inside this Post office. Not sure about the Post office services but PSK service was good. Didn’t take much time to finish the work. It’s located on the opposite of Latubabu lane.

The place is located on Beadon Street near Central Avenue. This is the own building of the post office. It is bigger in size compared to other post offices.

The behaviour of the staffs are pretty good and had impressed me. Didn't expect such courteous attitude. Only if they could maintain the building and fans properly, it would have been great.

Service is very good. They ask for only those items, which are used as proof. Original & one photo-copy of those documents are only required. Staffs are polite and have good behaviour.

It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete the whole process of 1 passport. There is a camera, by which they capture photo of the applicant. Passport processing is very fast, as I got the police verification mail on the next day.

So I have a nice experience with POPSK Beadon Street.

This place is very good for the passport service. It is 5 min walking distance from central Avenue beadon street bus stop.

Situated in beadon street near the CR Avenue side. Not very far from the CR Avenue crossing actually. Passport appointments are arranged here. Back side room is used for passport appointments.
