Really awesome furniture, cool designs and looks regal.

Lots of variety in design. Wood quality is also good.But finishing could be better. At a first look not possible to know the finishing of product. We are using the furnitures(sofa come bed, dinning table) at home and gradually the finishing part started to cheat.

The negative reviews are absolutely correct. I bought a Sofa last year within 2 months the crackling sound, switches and foam issue started. On calling they don't respond. My Sofa is gone with no softness. Absolutely waste of money. They will tell you it's 100 year old shop and they have their Factory on Top. They have 3rd party provider.All false they deliver low quality material. No after sales service. On checking with a outside carpenter he said the material provided is waste. They are charging Rs 500 for a visit in 3 months. Never visit this store.

Taking the advantage of a big shop and provides WORST service. Wood quality is more CHEAPER than CREMATION BED. Dont laugh, trust me.. its TRUE. It is OVERPRICED also. Going this shop and buying furnitures from the same is my TERRIBLE MISTAKE. They have dealt in one price and delivered in other price. BAD behaviour, LATE in delivery. The sofa they had delivered was not the same as promised. They are not even picking up the phone after taking full payment. They just CHEAT people with emotions. The materials used is WORN OUT and DEFECTIVE. They are simply FRAUD. Please dont go to this shop.

I have bought a bed few days ago...the gave the delivery but haven't fitted it properly...i have called for servicng but they haven't came... Very poor service ...the quality is poor too

Worthless service...shop owner lady is very rude...doesn't know how to behave with customers...moreover the furnitures they had delivered were not the same as promised . Total waste of money. Furnitures are looked so cheap and dull as per designing and finishing. They not at all go with my newly decorated room. Going this shop and buying furnitures from the same is the terrible mistake I have ever made.

Worst ever Shop!

This is the worst ever furniture shop. Though the quality of the wood is good but their services are horrible. They are absolutely ill- mannered and fraud. Once the goods are sold, no matter how hard the problems you face, they will no way look into your problem and cater to your needs. Never ever visit their shop, it will simply be a lost of money as well as resources and energy.

Worst delivery service, for an order worth Rs 52000. They harassed us like anything. Orders were delivered late, then the dining table had cracked glasses, after that they promised to return and returned it late without buffers for holding the glasses, the people who came to deliver demanded that we have taken the previous buffers and lying for some extra buffers. I would request no one to buys from this shop, they are taking the advantage of a big shop and provides worst service after they get the money! BEWARE!!!!

Horrible shop, bought furniture worth 100,000 and have received all damaged furniture without polish or knobs. They are not even picking up the phone after taking full payment. Never buy from this store

They are nothing but frauds. Please do not trust them. They just cheat people with emotions. I am about to file a compaint against them in Consumer Forum.
