I was pleasantly surprised by paint my walls recently when I engaged them to repair and paint sections of my mothers flat in Kolkata. Right from the sales cycle to execution of the job they dealt with us with the utmost professionalism. The amazing experience started from the moment I received the sales quotation after one of their advisors visited.
I have never seen such a detailed line item level estimate which accompanied the quotation. In a sector which is still largely informal in india with verbal agreements invariably leading to later misunderstandings and cost overruns the eye for detail was refreshing. Secondly the behaviour of their staff was exemplary. They did their work with minimum fuss to reduce any disruption win my mothers daily routine. As an elderly lady living by herself the trustworthiness and courteousness of the staff was very important for her and paint my walls team exceeded her expectations. Finally the quality of the work was very high. They were also quick to learn and make course correction when things went slightly wrong. Overall it was a very personalised service and a brilliant customer experience. Paint my walls seems to have really internalised the strategic imperative of customer centricity leading to single minded attention to delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this day and age where companies often chase numbers at the expense of customer service they really stand out. I would highly recommend paint my walls
