FabExpress Step Inn - Hotel in Newtown, Kolkata

1) Location within walking distance of Biswa Bangala.
2) With plenty of dining options nearby.
3) Staff behaviour is good.
4) Breakfast is delicious. We had Maggi and Puri Sabji

My stay was quite good here. I stayed for 2 days, the staff was very polite, and the service were very good. The rooms were clean and well maintained and also everything was taken care of.

Very clean rooms and of quality ambience. The hotel food was delicious and affordable when compared to nearby restaurants so one should eat here. Only drawback is the location from main road which is around 2km and one needs a vehicle/ auto to get there. With that being said, it's a quiet and calm area.

I reecently stayed at Fab Step Inn. Housekeeping staff was really helpful. I had a baby with me.👶 So, Our stay was quite comfotable.

Staffs are really humble and polite. Service was really good. I had forgotten my mobile charger, they had kept it safely and I got it back even after 2 weeks. Will definitely look forward to visit again.

I would really like to emphasize on the hospitality provided by the folks managing the hotel. From check-in to check-out, it was a very pleasant experience. We stayed here for 3 days and the stay was very good. The food is great as well considering the price point. And the best part about the hotel are the folks running them. They are extremely polite, always a smile on their face. We called them like thousand times during our stay and not once did they talk rudely or got angry. Well I would defitely recommend this place as it may seem like a Oyo type hotel but its not for sure. Nothing can go wrong if you have such wonderful people running them.

Room and service both were fantastic judging on the rate.. location is a little bit inside but bus stops, hospital medicine shop all are located nearby.. if one follows a gprs there will not be any problem in locating the hotel. Breakfast was also awesome.

Located just behind Axis Mall in New Town Action Area 1 (the best part of New Town). It's a very decent, residential locality.
Hassle-free, courteous staff. Couple friendly. No judgement.
Rooms are very good and clean. Washrooms are excellent. Considering the price, it's a very good deal.
The food is delicious and very reasonable. Two people can have a sumptuous lunch within 500 rupees.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best experience. Room was good, bright, comfortable, convenient, clean. Washroom is spacious and clean too. The staff is fast, punctual, friendly and trustworthy. Food is delicious and home-like. Will definitely book here again!!!
