Went for Aadhar update this morning. Short queues, efficient and friendly staff, took little more than an hour to get the formalities done. Keep it up.

The behaviour of the Post Master is much better compared to many renowned bank managers.The only issue is that of non existence of link most of the time,as far as completion of office tasks are concerned, leaving most customers helpless all the time..

Had a wonderful experience in case of aadhar mobile number linking. There was a dedicated personnel at this post office appointed to do the aadhar mobile number linking on the 2nd floor . The entire process was a simple walk in at the kiosk and easy update using OTP. This definitely frees us from going to permanent aadhar enrolment centres where there are big queues every day and nothing is hassle free.

Now I am working here as a business office staff. The staffs of the office are so helpful for customers.

All postal work smoothly done., it south kolkata division office also. 5& 6 th floor is division office. Have any problem you can inform devision head so that you relief from your problem.

Aadhar update is done here. Charges 50rs. Need to get token distributed at 10am in the morning. One can also try around late afternoon if less crowd is there, update can be done.
