OYO Townhouse 727 Hotel The Platinum

I feel so elated that along with my spouse I decided this property for hosting function for our newborn. This was one of the best decisions as the function was so great that all the guests from Delhi/kochi and other places were gushing over and staff is so courteous. Above all last minute requests were well attended. Totally satisfied and highly recommended. All the best to owners.

The excellent stay...Good food...Super staff...Value for money

First of all the location itself is excellent, poshe and calm. The staff behaviour was very polite and humble. Rooms were big, nice, cozy and clean. Complimentary toiletries and drinking water are provided in the room. Overall it was a lovely experience. I would highly recommend this place for couples stay.

Lovely place to stay, feel like home, staffs r excellent and food r super tasty this is my 10th visit and this time we have a families function and booked full hotel. Everything was superb organised by Platinum group.

I loved the service and the quality of rooms . Staffs are supportive and cooperative also.
Quality of room is really good but there was a smell of cigarette in room when I just opened for the first time and that could have been cleaned properly. Also the staffs in reception should know or speak english as well.
I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, always welcoming with smiling faces. The location of the hotel was good, especially for those visiting Apollo Gleneagles. Its in close proximity to the city centre mall and the benfish pnb. Size of Room although small but was clean and tidy and good enough for a single person with excellent room service. They have an in house restaurant, food is a bit expensive but taste is fabulous. Overall a good and pleasant stay!

This hotel is quite good . Value for money. Rooms are clean, bathroom is highly furnished and well equipped with all modern amenities. There is a park beside the hotel. Some of the rooms have balcony option. Very peaceful environment. Staffs are good and cordial. Only concern is the food. The price of food is bit high and the quantity is also less.

Nice and perfect OYO hotel, it's a new hotel, very good maintenance and wonderful Service, supportive and caring staff, good management, best suggestible for family, though it is in a very posh residential are but for the taxi fellow it was a bit difficult to find out and the location, clean rooms, Nice restaurant, quality and tasty food served. Value for money. Best budget hotel in a peaceful locality, there is a big municipal park opposite to hotel it's perfect placefor a morning walk.

Great place for couples. Rooms and linen are neat and tidy, bathrooms are clean. Though the rooms are a bit too small. The location is also good, not far from the main road.
The food is the main problem. We ordered chicken biryani. Although it hadn't gone bad, but the chicken did not taste fresh at all. That too for ₹220 (with taxes) per plate. It's much better to just have your meal outside.
Also, the location of this place is entirely different from that shown on Google Maps. You can find it a little way on your left, after crossing Hariyana Vidyamandir. There are no sign boards either, so you have to look out for the house numbers.

I love this hotel. They provide best quality in less price. Book from oyo. Get an corridor with personal dining area. Food was good. Staff behaviour is also good. I can't expect more than this with this amount. Complimentary breakfast quality is super with many options. But they can improve in blanket and other bed material s quality. Loved it

The rooms were very well maintained and the bathroom was extremely well kept with all the latest amenities. The staff of the hotel are extremely professional and helpful. The location is easily accessible as it is along one of the major auto routes in Salt Lake and is in a very prominent block.

Very good experience. Rooms are very good and the staff are very cooperative and supportive. Outside food is not allowed. Inside food is allowed.

Rooms are amazing but it's usually booked. Outside food is not allowed the in-house food seems a bit costly but ok.

The check-in was easy and quick. The room service was good , I ordered lunch as well as dinner , the food was overall good , but I believe the price is bit expensive. Overall experience was 4/5
