It was an absolute delight to stay there. All the staff members and their hospitality and service was very nice. All of them were super well behaved and polite and respectful towards the guests. The taste and quantity of the food is also very nice. As far as the rooms are concerned, they're very pretty with a beautiful view and very clean and tidy. The terrace and the swimming pool area is also very pretty with an amazing view along with sitting arrangements there. The overall experience was great and I'm planning to visit there again, someday soon. You too are recommended to visit the place, you'll love it.

Nice location, very near to Eco Park (New Town in Kolkata) . The area of this hotel is just like a village. But the environment and Green scenic view is pleasant and very quiet. The Rooms and Services is very good. Lounge, Pool and the Deck on the Roof top which is very attractive, from here the whole outside area can be seen. Banquet, Restaurant, Cafe, Fitness, Restroom also available in this hotel on the Roof. Meeting Room & Rest Room Room also available in this Hotel at the Ground Floor.

Had a nice stay. The receptionist as well as other staff were very well mannered and humble. Loved the swift and quick checkin provided by them.
Rooms are very spacious, bathroom as well was good.
In-house resturant was also very good, and taste of the food was great. A bit overpriced but overall was good.
Sheets and linens were clean. Lift and power backup was good.

Nice cozy and well maintained rooms. The washroom amenities could be improved. The team is good. They made our stay comfortable with there nice service.

Rooms - rooms are larger, tables, wardrobe, and TV were there. we enjoyed FIFA WORLD CUP as they fixed the TV as we wanted. A small fridge also there. Rooms were clean. They have a swimming pool at the top. You may loiter there.

Bathroom- bathrooms are okay. Geyser is available. Water speed was slow though.

Food - outside food is not allowed here. You have to order from their in house kitchen. Quality of foods are good enough, though the prices are high.

Service - They provided each and everything when we asked. They didn’t give a scope to complain. The bucket, the all out, fixing the TV they were always answerable towards our requirements.

Location - it is 3 km away from BISWA BANGLA GATE towards Airport.

Rooms were very shabby and poorly kept, had to change the initial room which was allocated as it wasn't habitable

The hotel is awesome. Till date the best oyo i have ever visited. Staffs are too good and also the service was. I was there at 12.30 am and they are happy to help me. Also, the kitchen was closed but still they managed food for me. Bit costly however, worth it.

The stay was really pleasant. Spacious rooms, attractive details, cordial staffs, and hassle free. The hotel had a nice recent reputation, and the reality do gets aligned with that reputation. A must stay, really made a nice experience.

Good ambience and quality accommodation. Nice roof top Cafe with great sights to capture in your cam. Variety in food might be limited in the restaurant facility available however the taste is awesome. Overall great! The Oak.

❤lovely, first of all its 10000% secure & safe place❤its really amazing experience with a tons of security & hygiene parameter maintained by hotel staff. Its really a very charming & plesent atmosphere with a warm touch of the beauty of kolkata newtown.. I definalty choose next time Townhouse Oak for my next planing i think the experience & service is more better than that😌😌and also i have some demand of discount, bcz i want to be your regular customar... I am completely happy with all the parameter's.

Excellent location, so close to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially for Receptionist madam Ms. Pinkii Dewan is Very Politely and have a great Smiling look. . I arrived approx. 1 hr. earlier than expected and they accommodated my request for early check in. Room clean and spacious. Will use again when next in Kolkata.

Couple friendly, staffs were well behaved, even the security and the helper greeted us. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue faced was the blanket provided wasn't clean.

Nice hotel in Jatragachi, kolkata.

very nice hotel with good management. food is not upto the mark.staffs are very nice and mannered. rooms are huge with all the necessary decors and furnishings. the roof has a pool and its a pleasure to watch entire new Town from rooftop at nighttime. the location is bit desolate. Ecopark gate 1 is at a stonethrow distance from the hotel. outside food is strictly not allowed. they have their own restaurant.

This a amazing hotel in best price you can afford . Also there are many facilities like swimming pool just you have to pay for costume and also their is hukka. Out side food is not allowed but the food that hotel provides is good . Also eco park and mother max museum and new coffee house is near to the hotel . Just the location is in small road by the eco park road but the facilities are amazing .
