Anamitra Guest House

It's a nice place. Three days before my family stayed there. We were so pleased to stay there as it's a nice and comfortable place with good service. And specially i interact with the owner of the guest room. He is so kind and also with the receptionist. She is very humble and respectful person. We feel like a home there.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this property, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the owner. Not only was the property itself wonderful, but the owner went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

Firstly, the location of the property was good, with easy access and convenient transportation options. They do provide all basic amenities.

What truly stood out was the owner's assistance. When I mistakenly left my watch behind at the property, the owner personally came to the airport to hand it over to me. This level of dedication and care truly surpassed my expectations and left a lasting impression

To summarize, my stay at this property was exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful for the owner's assistance.

We had a great time at this guest house! The bed was confortable, the room well appointed and everything was clean. All members of the staff were amazing. We very much enjoyed our meals on the terrace and the food was exceptional. 100% recommend, we will be coming back.

Lovely time spent! Well managed, hygienic, spacious and comfortable. I have personally spent many days here and was very comfortable with the stay. The rooms are spacious and the major locations are all close by. The staff manage the place excellently, they are also very polite and friendly. They put in attention to detail and care for the customers. Food, Location, Hospitality, Homeliness and Comfort is 10/10! Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

The guest hose is very nice..It is more like a hotel only..neat and clean, with all the amenities.
Staff is very good, and servee as per your need. the best part is the food. whatever you ordee veg or nonveg it is best in taste..I just love the place ... would sure visit it again.
I did not got enough time to visit near by area to giest house but Atm and local shopes are so near and very close to the IT company area. I would suggest everyone from my office to stay here.. :)

The experience over Anamitra feels homely. The location is calm and peaceful. Would recommend all who is looking for pleasure stay. The locality is very safe and staff members are absolutely polite and helpful. The owner made sure everything is safe and sound and they are extremely courteous. Enjoyed my stay here during my Kolkata visit. Abhishek, Pooran and Taposh were most helpful, efficient and constantly responding to multiple requests with constant smiles and a positive attitude.

From room service to personal errands to assisting our guests the boys were rock stars. I have experienced many 5 star hotels abroad with shoddy service. Happy to say nothing beats Indian hospitality and especially Anamitras staff. Thank you guys for all your help. God bless and good luck :)

My stay at Anamitra guest house was amazing. I had booked both their properties at salt lake for the stay of my guests during my wedding. The rooms are mordernly designed, spacious and well lit. The rates are reasonable and the service is very good. The staffs are very diligent and helpful. The food they served was also good. Overall it was a great stay. Would highly recommend the place.

Really a well made guesthouse combined hotel with good quality furniture and interior. I was really mesmerised looking at it's rooms, despite not being quite spacious, it's absolutely perfect to use that room for an overnight use or accommodating guests from out cities for any function being held. I wouldn't hesitate if I was as a guest over here. The good part of it's mainly is it's location is in one of the isolated lanes of salt lake city, where u will merely hear a car horn. Absolutely quiet and comfy place. It's quite nearby to the city centre as well so if anyone needs to purchase something, being that a shopping mall as well as in mall departmental store, no one should have any issues regarding location.

We keep coming back to this guest house It is a charming and elegant guest house with impeccable service. We are always graciously welcomed and treated kindly throughout our visits. The location is perfect for seeing all the best sights of Kolkata.We see the same staff year after year. And oh! the breakfast is delicious, and staff are always available to suggest the best place to visit. We look forward to our next visit!

In one word- Feel like home in a luxurious way. I have a hectic travel job and this was my first experience staying in Guest house, due to heavy bookings in hotels in Kolkata .

The Guest house is anyways better when compared to hotel stay, it feels like homely and the services they provide is unmatched and the comfort amenities are pretty amazing. Mr. Manav the owner himself ensures the customer stay as desired and help as much as possible.

Big rooms, superior beds and breakfast is amazing and if someone opts for Room no. 110 , it would be an amazing exp. The room is at terrace embedded with balcony and very much recommended those who are willing to have privacy.

Lovely place, welcoming staff. It was my first time here, I was here for my officail tour for more than 90 Days. I definitely recommend this guest house. Room was clean, hot water, good enough breakfast. The rooftop is nice, too. It is conveniently located in Salt Lake, walking distance from Salt Lake Stadium, ,and much more.

The best place to stay in Kolkata. If any one of you Mizos are reading this. If you don't get a place in the Mizoram House. Go stay there. It's quite near by and they treat us really well.
