The IBIS hotel is good and the food is also excellent. The Housekeeping guy Santunu has maintained the room very tidy and regularly. He is a very humble and nice guy who promptly used to take care of any request made in regards to room cleaning.

I had a very pleasant stay. The ambience is very good. The check in was quick.Room was well set with all the amenities. Reception & housekeeping were very prompt & courteous in their service.

Just to add a request to the hotel staff....please keep the luggage handed by guests while they r out .....in the luggage room(provision is there).
Thanks to the whole staff for making it a  memorable stay.

The rooms were good with an amazing view,Spacious dining area.The cleaning service was really nice. Mr. Tapas Sarkar was very friendly and also had good behavior.It is a clean and nicely decorated place with beautiful views. Highly mentioned about well behaved, helpful staff specially front desk, they are so well professional. Actually there was nothing to complain about here.

The Rooms are too nice and comfy. The breakfast menu is also really good. Happy to be assisted by Sibprasad in the breakfast venue. The Housekeeping staff was very nice to me. I found my room cleaned everyday after my return. I would like to Thank Gobinda Dada for the cleanliness in my room.

Had a wonderful stay here in Ibis. Situated in a happening location nearby to axis/central malls having a good variety of restaurants.

Staff here are very polite and helpful. I particularly found the service executive Mr.Gobinda very polite and nice. I missed my silver chain and didn't recollect where it was, he found it and kept it for me. The rooms are a bit smaller to my expectations but have come solo so it was okay. Overall, the entire experience was pleasant and nice. Thank you team Ibis.

The breakfast buffet was very warm and welcoming. The food was flavourful and received special welcome and care from Sivprasad. Overall loved the stay. Food was extremely lovely and mouthful. Loved the stay. Thank you Shivprasad again for hosting us.

Great helpful staff especially Ankita J. She is so sweet, courteous and extremely helpful. We will certainly come back. The place is also very nice and close to shopping and transportation.

Siv Prasad was an amazing host for the breakfast table. The hotel has really good food and staffs to help you have wonderful and fulfilling food. Soo happy.

The stay at the hotel was excellent, the F& B staff at the restaurant made sure that every guest was looked after even at breakfast and dinner when the crowd was large especially Srishti Surbhi. The rooms are well maintained and the hotel wifi is good enough for all requirements. The gym is well equiped.Will definitely use the same hotel on my next visit to Kolkata. Thank you Srishti

Shiv- the food and service everything is good and breakfast is simply awesome

Govinda- The room service is too good with all facilities. They will be available all the time with a positive attitude.

Overall, the service provided by Sib, Soma, and Akash is excellent and should be commended. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the food options. It would be beneficial to provide more variety on the buffet for guests to enjoy during lunch and dinner. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide separate contact numbers for housekeeping, room service, and dining. Currently, having only one number can result in long wait times.

I had a pleasant stay in ibis. The staffs ankita, sibprasad and priya gave a very good customer service. Will definitely come back again. And yah breakfast is awesome. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

It was amazing, hospitality was great by Srishti.stayed there for 2 days and haven't faced any issues, food was amazing and great atmosphere. Gym was clean and machinery was intact. Checkin and check out was smooth. Must recommended hotel..!

Good stay in Kolkata. Recommended. Services are good. Ground staffs behaviour is also good. Just the ladies at the reception needs to be more aware and mindful and should treat everyone equally.

It is a classy hotel with all the big buildings surrounding us.

I was greeted very nicely at the reception by Rajesh, really a gentleman.

For room service, Govinda is always there for your help even for tiniest things. Such a great staff, will be glad to see them again in my next visit !
