Worst bank in india. Their system has but which not allowing to create FD. Even the employees are not aware of the error. Worst bank.

3rd class bank, I don't know how they are still operating like this. I have applied for a loan and these guys forwarded me to an agent who messed the entire thing up and to fix it I had to go from one table to another table. No one is taking the responsibility.

Take your time and go to another place this bank is worthless they only care for the commissions from customers

I am trying to convert my single account to joint account for last 1 month. but the officers do not know how to do and what to do. Every time an excuse. Some time it feels funny what excuses they gave. @Axisbank nimta branch, West Bengal, if you do not know how to work please do not waste other people time and energy

My bearer is waiting for last 90 minutes for a cash withdrawal in shibpur branch as the approval didn't came from birati .
I don't understand, why a customer is getting inconvenienced because of internal issues.

I opened a salary account in 30/06/2020 by my company's under. That time they told me it is a zero balance account. But when I open it from axis app. It's showing minus 590/- and when I'm opening account they told me I will get my ATM card from the branch which I selected. However I went to the branch then they told me as it is an online account so they can't give me debit card.
Then I reported it to company and the online account ombudsman. They gave me a toll free number. But it's not a toll free.
Totally fraud company.

The behavior of the employees are very rude including the branch manager. The manager talked with me in a very rude tone and attitude. Very much dissatisfied with this kind of customer service.

Service is not good they are focusing to sell insurance policy, I ask them regarding plot/land loan but they saying axis bank not provide that type of loan.

One of your customer named Mr Moloy kumar Das has did an online fraud with me. His acc no is 910010033888913. Please take some actions from your side.

Very long waiting line, they make you wait in the line on the road for hours every time.
