Me and my family wanted to upgrade our hatchback car to a 7 seater family car, for that reason we were visiting a few of the car showrooms, like Maruti, Mahindra etc. to find an appropriate car for our family. Whereas when we visited this showroom, we almost finalized the purchase of BULERO NEO. Although we were trying to find a petrol variant car.

One holiday we visited “Renault Rajarhat” showroom, and their receptionist assigned us a sales person to assist us, the person was Mr. Chiranjit Mukherjee. First he listened to our requirements, then he suggested we go for Renault Triber. From that day to the present day, he assists us properly for every matter including Bank loan, old car replacement matters, his knowledge about the car is very well, and one important thing which I need to say here that the person is very much loyal to his company.

I write this review after 6 days later from taking delivery of our new car, still I find that, whenever I call to asking anything to Mr. Mukherjee, the person assist me properly, as same as first day, even service related matter also.

Our overall buying experience was literally awesome. I would like to mention Mr. Vishal Singh, who helped us a lot throughout this purchase journey and made the whole process very easy. Finally within two weeks on 1st June 2023, we have got our first car as a Renault Triber RXZ AMT variant. I am really very happy and satisfied with this purchase.
