It's a good place for buying cards but I will be definitely telling you one thing that please check your car's and internals they offer a huge discount if you buy a car and accessories from them. They have a good number of collection for cars and they have a c floors which are full of course the ground floor is generally for services and other queries the first floor is for accessories and small cars the second floor is for SUV and Sedan and the top floor is roof and the view is amazing from the roof. And yeah I found this cactus just beside the showroom so posted it.

I would appreciate the complaint management system and highly appreciate the promptness of the same. I wasn’t really satisfied with the initial service however, they have actually worked on the feedback and provided me with a delighful experience. Thank you !!

Very good place to buy your cards if you have a lot of money buy a new car they offer good services and recently they have launched new services called door to door service at doorstep service in which they get a bike loaded with some cleaning stuff and maintenance stuff man of Honda I will go to your house and give your car basic maintenance for which you don't have to bring your car to the service centre it will be done it in your home yes but be careful don't leave your wife in front of that guy there we are very h****

Hyundai dealership with huge stock and display. This is one of the biggest automotive showroom in this area. They have huge stocks and service is good too. The staffs are very good and helpful. If you opt for a Hyundai car, then I'd recommend this showroom for sure.

I am writing my experience with Austin Hyundai Patuli after 90 days. I have bought Elite i20 from here. Arijit (the sales executive) deals with me on behalf of Austin. Very helpful guy. He answered all my queries right from the beginning and still continuing. Got very good discount here. As promised, they delivered my car on time. Got some free accessories also. I have got my all documents and smart card on time. The CRM (Payel) is also very helpful. My first servicing is also done. No complain at all. I would like to recommend this Hyundai show room to every one. And definitely meet Arijit for a lucrative deal.
The only thing which I haven't got is my new car photo frame. I am still waiting for the same.

I am an unfortunate customer of Austin Hyundai at Patuli. They are worst in service - neither they keep commitment on delivery, nor the bother about their customer. The worst is the service manager - he took it granted that Hyundai has given him all mighty power to ignore customers. They are great lair - they delibarately destory costly units of car and compelled customer to purchase it by saying that it is not covered under Hyundai warranty service.

Best hyundai showroom on eastern metropolitan bypass. Single tower stand alone building is the whole showroom! If you are the first time buyer, do your own research before visiting showroom. Do ask for the complete quotation and check the Car insurance and extended warranty price. Most important part - ask the list of items for FOC.
