Enrolled for Canada immigration services. Started really promisingly but went downhill fast after 7-8 months. Every officer assigned after profile creation on CIC has been useless and the latest one won't even respond in over a month. Calls now get diverted and the promised call back never comes. Kept me stuck with FSWP while completely ignoring PNP guidance and support. I assume that would now come after i renew and pay them another fat fee right? Really disappointed and will not recommend to anyone. Do your own research and go about the whole thing yourself, saving you a fair chunk of money.
