The school aims to mould its students into complete individuals so that they can explore new horizons, fathom new depths & carve a niche for themselves in the world. “To grow physically, emotionally & intellectually, the child must essentially be happy”. I admit my daughter in class 5 and she is so happy and enthusiastic to go to school and the whole staffs and atmosphere of this school is undoubtedly remarkable. Teachers guide each and every student so passionately and the discipline and educational methodology is so satisfactory. We are very satisfied parents and we can also konw each and every classwork and homework through the school App which adds an extra feature. Thank you 😊

Indus Valley World School. Well, people may have their own opinion about the school and I have read a couple of them. Let me tell you that the school is doing absolutely great job in terms of academic development of students. My son used to study before he moved out of India and then he joined back to the same school. I do not have any regrets of my decision to rejoin this school. Talking about fees, yes I would say the fees are high but that is what we decide before joining this school whether we are able to afford the fees. No point in saying the fees are high and all that after admission. The location of the school could have been better, but if we see most of the other big campus schools, they are located in similar outskirts area, at-least this school is within Kolkata and not very far from my place. Though they have authorized in-school Buses which is another security that I look for before admission. The school is well covered with CCTV Cameras and Security personnel which adds in the secured campus requirements as well. Talking about the teachers and academics. Teachers take good care of students. I wold say the pressure is moderately balanced. I have seen people's comment as "there are no studies happen in school" - This is wrong. Teachers sufficiently provides Homework and Classwork and I have no issue with that. IVWS declare to follow ICSE standard of studies upto class 8 but the school is affiliated to CBSE. There are regular PTMs to discuss improvement area and performance of our kids. The school also provides opportunities for students to take part in various competition, activities. I would have expected that some of these are made free to participate but not a road block. Though the school organizes an Annual event in a big way at the Science City Auditorium which we enjoyed every time. School is fully Air Conditioned which provides a good environment for students to live hours inside the campus. Remember, Air Conditioning is not a luxury but a necessity for life in the Global Warming phase. We cannot compare previous generations vs this generations. There cannot be any comparison as the world itself has changed in terms of climatic condition and AC has become a must have for people to live in this erratic climate. The school provides regular and proper protocol to provide important communication to parents either through leaflet, Diary, Calls or SMS. At-least they listen to parents when they need to get in touch with the school. After-all, our kids study here and we do not have time to make appointment before approaching to school or teacher. This is what I like one of the best thing. As I said earlier the location could have been better or they should do something to make the approaching roads better than what it has become now. Other than that I do not have any issue with the school. I am very proud that my son is studying in this school.

Good school. Teachers are good and compassionate and the curriculum here is good especially for the Senior Secondary as here we are allowed to take subjects of our choice.

According to me I am an ex student from ivws batch 2022 - 2023 . I wold say school infrastructure and everything is really good . Especially the commerce stream teacher are really good during board exam time they had a separate doubt clearing class which was so good . Everything is really good

Very very well organised school for overall grooming of children , girls/boys . The school is not only good in academic field but also help the students to build a strong foundation with practical purpose to do well in life. Some of the parents are in opinion “ IVWS should reduce the extra curricular activities by 10-15 percent and the same time should be utilised in academic side”.

Very good school. Its a CBSE school. It is school with modern facility and education system. They are very cooperative with students as well as parents.

Best school I have ever studied in.I would request you to admit your ward in this school. The teachers are friendly and will make the students understand properly.It has a huge playground for the students.Indus Valley has also won many trophies. The only reason I left the school is because the school was very far.

Indus valley is like family. The principal is very motivating and hardly any other school will get a principal like this. The school equally concentrates on education and sports. Nicely organized school, have play ground, Cool staffs, away from crowds, very calm environment.

My child has been with Indus Valley for 5 years now and if we could have it our way we’d like to continue with the school until her 12th. What the school does is provide a safe and personalised environment for children to achieve their full potential. While I have seen very smart children do get merit cards and do well in sport, the school also caters to children at the other end of the spectrum like mine with individualised learning plans co-created by the class teacher together with the special educator. She isn’t made to feel any different or lesser than her classmates. When we enrolled her we had no inkling she would need the support but we do feel blessed now that she is with this school. Couldn’t recommend the school highly enough.

The school has developed the personality of my daughter a lot in only one year. The school had helped her to improve her talents and made her enough confident to be a vice captain. I am really happy and proud that my child studies in IVWS.

IVWS is a reliable name, management has maintained their excellent level & reputation. Every classroom is literally a knowledge center. The teachers are well trained and are subject expert. My pupil is a student of this school. They have a regular schedule of class tests and homework, due to this students don't have to work very hard before the exams. Various types of competition likes debates, essay writing, speech, painting, etc keeps on taking place, which keeps adding to the students’ skill development. Overall all round development takes place in this CBSE affiliated English medium school.

The school might not be one of the biggest in the city but has great amenities. The faculty mostly are very cooperative and helpful towards students.
