Management was very supportive. I had to check-out at morning 4.30 and they were ready with the bills to close the procedure and there was no delay.

Mr.Santhosh was in charge during night and he is very understandable and helped us with all our queries

Food is great especially coffee 😀 and with good pricing. Rooms are clean and room service is available till 10 PM.

They have a big parking lot and the location of the hotel is suitable for accessing all places.

I am happy with their service.

Very nice room, though it's small it's so neet and clean.. I didn't used any service... But Mr.Meenakshi responded well....

Had a pleasant stay. Though it was a peak time (during New year Time) we were welcomed very well and hospitality was great. Mr. Madhavan (Manager) was very kind and helpful.
It's a budgeted hotel to stay. You will have all basic facilities like clean rooms, parking, hot water, drinking water, complimentary breakfast and Wifi.

They provide guest with rental bike on request Complementary breakfast was a typical South Indian one. Front desk staff were very welcoming especially Manager Madhavan was so supportive.

He even guided us with the sight seeing places and all..

Pretty compact rooms with elegant lighting. Mattress felt like silk, had slept like a baby after a long time. They provide guest with rental bike on request which was awesome. Complementary breakfast was a typical South Indian one. Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even guided with the sight seeing places and all. More over it was a pleasant stay. Hope to get back soon......

A fabulous stay in pondicherry, with very helpful staff and friendly house keeping staff. The checkin and checkout lasted 5 minutes in total. The daily breakfast is good and the location is fine. Would recommend this hotel for families and single women as its safe. The huge plus point is the parking space available, which not all hotels in pondicherry have. Enjoyed my stay...

Room was clean,Bed was clean. Washroom was clean and maintained. Both hot water and cold water facility was there.
Large enough space to park bike and car. Atleast Staffs were soo friendly. Good place to stay in Pondicherry with minimal price.

The hotel is located at ECR, Rajiv Gandhi Statue. This is very nearest to Pondicherry ‘s major tourist attractions Srimaa Aurobindo Ashram,Rock Beach ,Auroville Matrimandir(12km ,talk to hotel manager if you need rented bike, they can get it arranged for you in cheaper price) ,Auro Beach and nearest MG Road Sunday market
. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay if I visit next time . It’s really worth and pleasant stay .Nice experience 😊👍

We went to Pondi on a spur of the moment trip and all the big hotels were fully booked up. I got a good deal from Agoda (3 nights for Rs. 14000), and I wasn't expecting much, only a comfortable place to sleep.

The owner/manager gave us an upgrade to a Family room, a BIG room with an extra bed for the kids. Bathroom was well stocked and the front desk was super responsive!

The location is bang middle of city and going to Auroville, Chunnambar or the Promenade is all easy peasy!

Truly enjoyed the stay in Eden Park and now we have a regular haunt whenever we're in Pondicherry. Eden Park, take a bow!

It’s a good place to stay with family. Car parking is available. I have not experienced the restaurant. Ambiance of the room is very excellent in this price range. Special thing is that this hotel will not allow to smoke in the rooms.

Eden Park Hotel is a very comfortable hotel in Pondicherry. We have stayed there for five days. They have economical rooms and have a huge parking space. Although most of the staff does not understand any language other than Tamil but Mr. Madhavan always came to our rescue. He is a very courteous host and the manager of the hotel. He's always ready to help.

Worth the Money !!! We had real good time staying at this place, Stayed for two nights !!! Economic Stay !!! Cleanliest Rooms & Great Ambiance!! Courteous Staff !!! Safest place to stay with family !!! Spacious Parking Facility !!! Hotel is situated where we can catch up with the scenic places of the city easily -- Highly recommending this hotel.

If you're just looking for a place to crash, then this is a good choice. It at the centre of the city and few minutes away from the major attracions. It has ample car parking lotand the staffs are very polite.We had a decent stay is at affordable price 🙂

Excellent hotel to stay in Pondicherry. It's rooms are clean and neat. I stayed there for two nights and didn't have any issue with the facility. I stayed with my family and it's definitely recommended for family. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

A decent family hotel situated at the heat of pondicherry... The staffs and the workers were very friendly and cooperative. The service and response was spot on.. providing with a decent complimentary breakfast.. I would say this place this place is pretty worthy enough.
