The rooms were near and spacious. The location is very close to the sea shore also. Car Parking is a concern but can be managed by parking infront of the Hotel.

Amazing food. We stayed for 3 days in Pondi and all the three days we had our breakfast/dinner here. We tried idiyaappam chapathi appam dosa idli vada tandoori idli poori vadacurry. You can choose any item on the menu and you can 100% expect extremely flavorful food on your table. Kurma and vadacurry were so sooo delicious. Service is good too. Love this place.

The room cleanliness and taste of food were good as always. Room service was prompt . The breakfast buffet place was a nice hall and variety of food was good .

Only suggestion is the ventilation in the basement is not good so if people cough there is no way for fresh air to enter. They can see if there is some provision for better ventilation. They can also consider air purifiers .

This is priced low and is maintained well ,but no fancy features. Good for families preferring vegetarian food.

A nice hotel to stay with family. You love interiors of hotel is nicely designed. All facilities are good with warm welcome by staff at all points. Parking is good.

We went in for breakfast and it was great, the service was also good, the waiters and other staff were really polite and friendly, explained to us what we should order and what we can expect. The restaurant is kept clean and had a good dining experience.

Extremely tasty food.I loved all food served. We tried tandoori idle , ghee dosa, fried rice , noodles, finished with hot milk. I appreciate surguru team for outstanting taste & service 😍

My family stayed here for two days at Pondicherry. Nice rooms and services they have provided despite renovation work is underway at this hotel..Food is primary here..pure veg , neat and good..

We went there for our Dinner. Its a pure vegetarian hotel, which can accommodate 100+ people at a time. It has ample car parking. I can give 5 stars for the food quality. Loved it. Best for Family.

The food here tasted amazing. Paneer Tikka was so yummy that I fell in love with veg food more. We tried Mango Milkshake which was tasty as well. Also Rose milk was worth trying. I didn't feel there was anything to complain about at that place. Also their entrance is very green with lots of plants which makes it one of the best spots to click photos and selfies.

All the staff had a welcoming attitude at the hotel. Rooms were clean. Parking space available. Restaurant at the basement is crowded but serves delicious food. Buffet breakfast is mostly South Indian food. Each item served in the buffet was very fresh prepared and tasty. The restaurants are 100% vegetarian. The location of the hotel is also nice. Rock beach is about one km walk from the hotel. We also tried Surguru restaurant at Mission street and found the food to be equally good. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Awesome, neat & clean rooms at the Hotel how we have expected. What makes us to keep record this hotel for our next trip is the staff. All the staffs are so helpful and generous. Morning breakfast is too good. And i think if you have been served with tasty breakfast than your day is good only.

If I'm in pondy breakfast without having from suruguru is not at all possible.. and the best part is they are maintaining the quality from years ....

The hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the room service is truly amazing when we visited during the Christmas holiday. morning breakfast is included which is good and provide us lots of option to choose.
The beach and the white town are both within easy walking distance of the hotel.Additionally, the hotel has permitted parking.
