Good location, ambiance and service. And fare price. The only thing is, we could not get any view from the windows. As they instructed not to open to control pests.
Hence AC was necessary all the time.

This was my first time to visit Pondicherry and i booked this place in a hurry. But i must say, I have selected the right hotel for my stay. This place is in the heart of white town(major attraction sight). Very polite and friendly staff. They are ready to help you at any time of the day.
The rooms are clean and the food is very tasty.
The hotel looks like a model of French architecture. I'll attach some pictures of the hotel for reference. Overall, a very nice stay.

We stayed at the family room here and the stay was very comfortable. The staff are super helpful and responsive. Never had any issues and all my needs were tended almost immediately.
Surprisingly, we found the food here to be exceptional. Each and every dish we ordered were delightful and pleasant on the palate. We had food at various restaurants in White Town but the food here beats all of them. Super tasty! My compliments to the current chef and hope that he remains with the hotel for a long time!

Best hotel in White Town, Puducherry. Breakfast buffet was very delicious. Friendly staff. Walkable distance to Rock beach and popular cafés. Totally loved the stay.
Don’t miss to walk to the Rock beach in late evening which is just at walkable distance.

We had booked a deluxe room for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It was nice on the part of hotel to upgrade our room at no extra costs to a superior room . Thanks to the hotel staff . They were polite and very accommodative. Room was certainly spacious with lots of space to move around. Room service was prompt and the b fast was sumptuous. Its a cute little hotel with a fantastic location close to the beach and many famous restaurants and joints. The only downside if any is it doesn't have pedestal or Cieling fan for circulation . It has to be air-conditioned at all times . But it's the same with many upscale hotel these days.

Neat and spacious well maintained rooms. Very cordial staff. Good and reasonably priced food. Location within walking distance from the beach road.

I visited the restaurant for dinner with my family.
The ambience was very nice. Well maintained and clean.
We ordered for the food and I should say I had a very sumptuous food especially the beef fillet was cooked to perfection. We were completely satisfied

Congratulations to chef Charles who prepared the food it reflected his passion. But he was very humble

The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The parking is on the street, in front of the hotel, so it is a chance of luck. But the hotel have a security who will help you to find parking. The staff are well trained and ever willing to help. The location of the hotel is superb - a stones throw from promenade and walking distance from major shopping and food attractions. It is easy to spot the hotel, and it is situated in a quiet street. And oh, all the complimentary toiletries (cream,soap,powder,shampoo) are from Biotic, a very nice gesture.

Nice Location. Limited parking available. I had no problem in parking. Rooms are good with clean toilets. Little more maintenance of apliances required. Staff helping and well behaved. 250 meters away from beach. Nice cafes and pubs all around.

The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
The ACs in both the rooms weren't cooling well. That apart, it is a good value for money.

Good hotel..Service is also Good

Loved the place. Rooms were clean and nice. Had a wonderful experience there. Service was great. They upgraded my room for free of cost. but the exhaust wasn't working in the washroom and they attended to it only after repeated calls. But why am I complaining ? no plc is perfect.
I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

very nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. the bathrooms are nice and spotlessly clea. the hotelbis run by very helpful and courteous staff. the complimentary breakfast is decent. the food available in the restaurant is good.

We had 2 nights stay here .. the hotel is very well maintained and staff are very polite and humble. It's affordable compared to some of the the other villa hotels close-by and is truly worth it.. the food also was to the mark as well as the breakfast. The rooms are also very good. Overall well loved the stay here.

A lovely place to stay. You can expect the quaint French culture mixed with a lil bit of South Indian- ness here. The hotel treats every guest with respect and cordiality. Situated in the French town of Pondicherry, you are closer to the all the magical treats that the lively sea side place has to offer.

A place is rated five stars only if a person had a good time staying there. Very good place, right off of the promenade, courteous staff, great food and value for money. The breakfast spread is too good and has live counter options as well. Parking is a problem but that is a problem everywhere in Pondy, so no regrets there either. Will I go there again - hell yeah!!

The girl at the front desk ( I think Sanjana) and the waiter at the restaurant are doing a fantastic job.

Rooms were decent, service was good and food was awesome.
All the happening places are nearby this hotel like within 15-20 minutes walk.
Some are just 3-5 minutes walk too.
So do grab a chance to stay at this property.

The Residency hotel have embarked their trademark work by Collaborating with Richmond and providing wonderful services to their customer’s. It is built with wonderful and vibrant colours in White Town and gives exactly the French feel. Rooms are spacious and very clean .. Room services and their breakfast spread was top notch .. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and great customer service .. I took a superior room and extra bed , AC was in good working condition , WiFi connection was really fast , TV with setup box and mini bar with secured safe was provided . Would definitely stay again when I go to Pondicherry.. Must visit hotel with star quality to stay over with family and friends..
