On time delivery and installation within 24 hours. The process was very smooth. The bed seems of very good quality.

Good Product! Service Engineer was very Efficient! Only problem was they took 5 days more than the scheduled delivery date to deliver. The Customer Care is unresponsive.

Though delivery was slightly delayed but the best part was their extremely prompt and superb installation. Their carpenters are best trained and polite & know their job. Would certainly prefer Royal Oaks for a second time mainly due to their post - sales superb service.
