Today I bought some clothes from there but their cashier's behaviour was totally worst.

Today they forced me to buy a dress just because of a lipstick stain which I didn't even do.I tried two tops one large and another medium. After trying large one it was loose so I tried another one. There was a lipstick stain which was so small and light that even a microscope couldn't detect. The staff behaved in such a manner as if I made a permanent marker mark. But it was not my stain. Moreover they are saying I can't try light colour dresses fearing of stains and forced me to buy that large one that didn't fit me. If I can't try anything then u should close trial rooms.I shop from numerous places from top branded shops none of theirs rules are like this. Moreover I didn't like the member of the staff near ladies trial room. She was extremely rude and another guy near her. They were very rude and literally shouted at me.Worst experience ever. I will never shop from this place.

On 2nd April 2023 i bought two white shirt and wore on 4th April ... After 3 or 4 hours of wearing one sleeves got torn in such a way ... It make me feel so embarassing ..... Never gonna buy anything from this place

I bought a towel from there, and transferred the money through UPI to them, they showed me a receipt "transaction failed" when I showed them my Paytm history and told them that the amount has been deducted from my bank and my Paytm, they misbehaved and asked me to talk to my bank and Paytm for it. I did, and they both said the same thing that transaction was successful to the merchant but the merchant is showing this same receipt and saying transaction isn't successful, they have no discipline and haven't even checked with their bank for the same, the machine said "transaction unsuccessful" so it is unsuccessful. Worst experience ever in a shopping center. It is not about the money, it's about ethics and behaviour. Blaming everything on customer's bank and not even rechecking with their own bank, you have your proof of transaction failed, I also had my transaction successful receipt from Paytm but your side is totally fine while mine is at bad.
