Last Christmas & New year celebration we was in Lux 9 suites & studio in pondicherry we had a very great experience at there. Mr. Inba Shaker, the General Manager, ensured a clean and pleasant stay with excellent service. a delightful accommodation experience.

We had a very good experience on this stay due to the hospitality, helping nature guided by Inbasekar. All the main attractions of Pondi are close by to this place. Highly recommended for couples for the spacious and comfort rooms as we booked a studio plus. Thank you for the service.

Located right on MG road this property is surely a 10/10. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was commendable and all the hot spots were well within reach. It was our first trip to Pondicherry so we didn't know much regarding the eateries nearby, but the guide handbook provided by the hotel itself helped us through. The Promenade beach is walking distance as well. Overall will recommend the place to everyone.

Mr. Inbasekar who is running the place is an excellent person managing the whole place

Exactly on white town..very neatest place for all tourists attractions..room's are neat & clean ..pleasant sleep ..they are the only person having indoor car parking..value for money..well professionally maintained. .overall great hospitality & Good device.

The staff was extremely helpful and sweet. Mr Inbashekhar ensured we had a quick and early checkin, provided support through out. We visited during high rush diwali days but he helped ensure we face no troubles. Would love to visit again and recommend this for all.

Wonderful experience. Well lit spacious rooms and everything works as expected. Staff are courteous and always willing to help. Ample parking space as well.

Bathrooms are neat & clean.. private floors feel saftey & beds are so good slept well..All rooms are well designed and mentioned.. worth for money .. Total happy stay

We stayed here for 2 nights.Rooms are very spacious with neat restrooms and a comfy bed. Private two wheeler and four wheeler parking is available which is a huge plus since most of the properties in Pondicherry offer only road side parking.
Property is situated very near to white town, rock beach , railway station and most of the other places are accessible by walk. If you visit on a weekend, the road in which the property is located becomes a Sunday bazaar where you can do shopping.
The only thing which can be improved is providing a dressing table with mirror inside the room . Since the room has mirro only in the washroom, it is difficult to dress up .Would have been 5 star room if a mirror was provided.
Overall very satisfactory really helpful staff also .. Inba and the other lady staff were very polite and the hospitality was very nice .

I had an amazing stay here at Lux 9 Suites and Studio. The location was easy to find as its in on the main road of MG Road after the junction signal towards the busy street.

My room was located on the fourth floor and I was amazed by the entrance when you step out from the lift as the entrance looked pretty cool. The rooms are spacious and they are fully furnished with comfy wardrobes to keep your luggage and other stuffs. The beds are supper comfortable and they've got an Ac which keeps you cooler in the room. The washroom have been maintained well clean and they are huge. I strongly recommend anyone travelling to Pondicherry for a day or more trip to stay here at the luxurious suites.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Puducherry. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel are all great! They all go above and beyond to make us stay comfortable. Thank you! Will recommend it to my friends and colleagues!

We were looking for a comfortable stay at Pondicherry and they place popped up. We were managed to book without any hassles. Inba over there was very kind enough to help in booking the place. The stay was exceptionally good.. we were not keen on any other services like Spa, Swimming Pool and Food. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. We opted for Lux ++, spacious rooms and king size bed which was good enough for me, my wife and 2 kids. Spacious Parking and located in heart of the city. Overall, Highly recommended place in Pondy ❤

Had a great experience staying at Lux 9 for a day. It is in a great location and popular spots such as White Town are very close/walkable. It is also not too far from the bus stand. The room was amazing, with great interiors, and the hosts were very friendly and generous, big shoutout to Inba and Giri who made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend this stay if you are looking for one near White Town or Promenade Beach.
