Good place for movie time with family and friends. Cost effective. Parking slog available. Compared to balcony, first class seating is way better. One such cons is no lift. Difficult for person with disability and old age people. Rest all amenities are good.

After renovation it's totally changed. Proud to say that the chairs are placed at high in balcony.

Big screen with our budget. Recommend for family to take balcony and enjoy movie with peace. Not advisable to take normal since mamy locals would spoil our mood

The Theatre was inaugurated in the year 1968 and was recently renovated and converted into an air condition theatre. The theatre is equipped with 3-way dts sound system with U.F.O digital screening.

Raja talkies has a seating capacity of 1098 with 3 classes to accommodate the patrons. It is located in one of the arterial roads of Puducherry city.
The theatre is always appreciated by the public for screening quality cinemas. Raja Talkies also known for its best sound system and projection.Now the theatre is launching Internet booking which would be first in Puducherry. Raja Talkies is a land mark for the city of Puducherry.

Old movie theater..recently well fabricated with awesome sound effects..

Unfortunately we decided at the last minute to watch the movie. So we booked second class tickets and the seat was not upto the mark. Usually we used to book first class tickets and it's worth for it but in the case of Second class, it not. The popcorn is also not worth for 50rs and the 50rs wheel chips is ok when compared with this popcorn

Super theatre sound nice but canteen price very high

Excellent movie quality. Theater is awesome. Canteen is upto the level. Restroom facilities need to be improved. Sound quality awesome. Seat and interior spacing are all good. We often spend our family movie time here.

This is largest theatre in Pondicherry with above 900 seatings... Sounds system also changed with Dolby... Good Quality of seats to sit comfortably for all type of peoples...

First of all over all pondicherry "raja theatre" is best for sound quality....

Totally superb....

But only one thing "toilet" is not well cleaned....😷😷😷😷
Especially in 3D movie they didn't maintain the 3D spec cleanly...in that 3D class there's lot of scratches in it...
So disturbance to watch the movie...

Good Theatre... AC & Sound systems are Good. Rest rooms are neat... snacks items are just costly... but look ok... Small request Pls dont shutdown A/c before 15minutes before show ends...

Screen size is very big with Krispy images
