Very nice and excellent service by Silver cabs and driver Arul Raj is very friendly and having good patience and shown us all places. Overall very satisfying service we enjoyed by Silver Cabs Puducherry.

Arun the owner was very helpful in organising the sightseeing for us. The 2nd day he arranged local sightseeing and the 3rd day we visited the Chidambaram temple and the Pichavaram mangroves...a must see place, simply serene n beautiful. The driver Prakash is friendly, very entertaining and helped us find good local restaurants for lunch..in particular Hotel Sri Kamatachi and a Family restaurant at Pichavaram where we tasted home cooked seafood. All in all the vehicle provided was an Innova tat was comfortable for 6 of us..Thank you Arun. Stay blessed. Thank you for making us feel welcomed to pondicherry.

I have been using Silver Cab for over a year now and the service has always been consistently superb. The response time to revert is excellent, the drivers typically know how to use google maps which is a big boon esp. on longer trips, they normally know English, and are very well mannered, the cars are clean. They charge a full fare but with the increase in price of fuel and the fact that they have a well maintained fleet of cars and drivers - it is worth every rupee.

I recently booked cab from Silver Cab for Pondicherry trip of my family. My overall experience with Silver Cab was very good. Mr Arun owner of the company is very humble person. The owner, Arun, is one of the nicest person I have met. We booked this cab service in Pondi during New Year 2018. He was so well mannered and professional and kind as well. We had booked the cab for 5 hours but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had to cut short. He took money only for the time we used the service. We were all girls and so he made sure to stick around and also help against the drunk localites. The car was in very good condition as well and he also did everything he could to help with everything.
I would definitely give it a 10/10 and would also recommend it. It is very reasonable and affordable too.
