Mid of the city, well maintained. Good food

Very nice hotel- in fact 4 star facilities in a 3 star budget. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is cordial and helpful. All toiletries, tea-coffee pouches, well cleaned towels and electric kettle already provided before our arrival. We were served welcome drink on arrival. Unlimited RO water was delivered in the room as and when required. The in-house restaurant cooks both veg and non-veg. So, pure vegetarians may avoid ordering food. The property is located at the centre of the city. All facilities available nearby. We really enjoyed our stay from 11th to 13th Jan 2023 and would love to be there again.

Well managed hotel. Extremely neat and clean. RO water even in washbasin taps so as to avoid hard water.
Good breakfast.

Parking a sedan is lil cumbersome. Need to enter in reverse. Secured overnight parking.
Hot water temperature is reduced in the day. You still get warm water.

Stayed for three nights. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. All staffs are very helpful starting from selva in front office to all housekeeping staffs. One cons is room lock is not properly always gets jammed. Each time i called housekeeping guys to open.

Though from outside it just looks like an apartment but when you enter the hotel you will love it. The rooms are spacious, there are wardrobe for your luggage also they have provided a small fridge. lights in the room are amazing gives you a feel of staying in some 7star and yes ofcourse the bathroom was well maintained and was equipped with all necessary items. Hot water 24/7. Lobby is also spacious and the lifts are amazing you can see the street from lift. I went during new year Eve so it was just a good time spent there. Staff is also helpful they will provide you sightseeing information or will arrange if you want one. Nice hotel to stay.

Hospitality wise the hotel was amazing including the room and facilities provided with courteous staff only flaw is the complimentary breakfast which had the same menu daily. So, I recommend people not to opt for breakfast at this place. Also it's just a 1.2km away from bus stand. Overall a 5* rating for a comfortable stay.

Good hotel and nice restaurant

We are 2 married couples visiting the place. Booked a deluxe queen size room with two queen size beds and in reality the rooms are exactly the same as the pictures, no filters. Staffs are well behaved, helpful and very warm towards us. Rooms are perfectly clean and tidy, well furnished, bathroom is also provided with proper amenities.
P.S. the best thing till now is each of us have 2 pillows 😜.

Great value for money. The rooms are well maintained and the restaurant serves tasty food. The unexpected complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Wish they had dedicated car parking but then it's a bit unrealistic given their location. One can park on the road without much trouble though

Hotel RKN Elide in PY is a very nice and peaceful place for staying and enjoying.. Staff is very sweet and friendly, we staying total 5 persons single room very comfortable....

I forgot my mobile in the room. The next day I called the hotel and asked, They searched and found my mobile in room. Then they couriered it... Very thanks lovely persons...

Receptionist: Mr.Selvam (front desk ) treated in good way . Way of speech is too kind,polite & Good. Satisfied.
Rooms:stayed at elite extension.Good. satisified with everything, worth for money.too pleasent.
Food: Complimentary food at morning was very tasty @satisified. MasterChef KAMBAN made it as too tasty.
Strongly refere for families.

If u want to look out ur pocket with excellent facility den best place.
First class toilet with toiletry.
Specious rooms.
Nice small refrigerator
AC, beddings, everything is good enough for Family.
Only thing is limited parking

The rooms are really good, well maintained... The service provided is very much appreciable....
Apart from all the good things the restaurant holds the key.... The food was just awesome, might be best in Pondicherry....
Like to visit this place and this hotel any time when I wish to visit again....

Loved it but didn't put much ghee cashews like extras but the quantity is much the taste also awesome that chicken gravy the tomato halva and brinjal gravy tastes good best place to have bucket biryani cost also cheap

Delicious food at reasonable prices. We really liked the decent ambiance. Clean and hygienic. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Pondicherry, they have parking place too.
