I usually don't like write ups .But I can't resist writing about the level of service and support I got from Indhu from Royal oak , 100 Feet , Puducherry Branch .
She thoroughly explained and suggested about the recliners and the offer price for every product that we were looking for. She was in contact until we set it up .She also followed up until the sofa cum recliners were installed .The technicians were also flexible and polite in installing . It's not about the brand , it's about the people who is the first point of contact . Please consider her as the best customer service executive and also consider her hard work for any promotion that is coming up .We are extremely happy about the service " only " because of Indhu. We love the product from Royaloak too.

Using my bills and identity somebody had spread wrong review about the team. But it was not true. Branch Manager Mr. Balaji is very approachable and he delivered the product once the product reached the showroom. And the Installation was done the very next day after the delivery of the product. Installation team was very good and they worked faster and efficiently. Overall we had a good experience and the quality of product is very good.

For high-value products, you might want to go further and also i have a good experience where i get a clear explanation about the their products from sale mangers, particularly i could say about indhu , she was explaining in polite and understandable manner.

Excellent customer service from royal oak. Especially Mr.muthukumaran Assistant sales officer I think he is a very knowledgeable to explain the products of furniture items and his approach is very nice . If any of you visit the royal oak as I suggest to conversion to mr.muthukumaran.

Purchased Teak king size bed and mattress. Product delivered with in 2 days and cot was sturdy and elegant. Mattress is a comfy super star.

It took one day to receive call from team for assembling and they assigned Technician Prem for assembling. He did a nice job and fixed it well without any problem. I would like to give 5 star for his service.

Recently, I have been in touch with Royal Oak India, Pondicherry for my furniture needs. Showroom staffs were polite in showing the products, explaining its features and many more suggestions. Also, happened to encounter a defect in one of the product, per policy it was identified by the technician (Gunasekaran), he informed the store and me responsibly and it was resolved in a very kind manner that they delivered a new product in couple of weeks time. Also, requested a alteration in the product, which was done by the technician (Prem) nicely. Today, they both arrived for a different products assembly and that was also done by them in a neat manner. They both clarify all the doubts about the types of wood and maintenance of the wood. I appreciate personally Prem and Gunasekaran for their work and wish to get many more products from Royal Oak as they increased my furniture needs by looking at their products :)

We have ordered a completely new set of furniture for our place during the lockdown period. The service was impeccable. Staff were cordial. Mr. Poovendan and Mr. Balaji (manager) were friendly enough to help us customise according to our needs .

Got it professionally delivered and installed. We asked for a same day delivery eventhough it was weekend they managed to send a person to install.
Gunasekar came home with required tools and swiftly installed !

Amazin experience with royal oak pondicherry.. today i wanted to buy manual recliner, which i checked in royal oak, i enquired over the phone at 11.00am and immediately there was a response from the store, pics and videos on its mechanics were shared on whats app, and the product was delivered to my house at 12pm within an hour.
