I very recently had my hysterectomy done here by Dr. Somajita Chakraborty and if ever doctor and hospital matched each other in excellence then this was it.
Their medical facilities, cabin amenities and staff behaviour are all faultless. My special thanks to the dietician whose name unfortunately I missed and Bahnishikha who I was fortunate enough to be attended by.
I believe this is definitely a one of its kind institution in Kolkata.

This is the only hospital in kolkata dedicated to mother and child care so is the best for maternity related issues! After a lot of considerations took registeration of this hospital for me and child’s delivery. I really liked the overall experience, ambiance, services, food…Nurses are very friendly and helped me thoroughly. They made sure that my baby is stable everyday, again best NICU service.
A really big Thanks to my GYN, he knew what was best for me and I followed him blindly which is also a reason I am healing so fast! Thank you Dr. Deborjyoti Pal sir!

Overall the experience was great 👍. Each and every nursing staff, house keeping staff, doctors are very helpful 🙂 & polite. They maintain proper higine & sanitization. Hospital service, food quality, room service are great. But Hospital is Lil bit expensive but they provide you excellent service.

It has been a long journey of more than 3.5 months at this hospital. Our daughter was born in 26 weeks in a critical condition. We are forever grateful to Neotia for saving our daughter. Thank you for taking such good care of her. The doctors and nursing staff are extremely cooperative and so are the other services.

My wife admitted under the Team of Dr. Indranil Saha , I am fully satisfied . You can book appointment to consult with him for consultation, Hospital service was OK . Food quality was not upto mark ,needs to be improved ,need more experienced Staff Nurses.

Lovely experience...bringing another life into this world is magical and Neotia hospital just adds on to the magic...The infrastructure is superb over here...and the doctors, nurses and other staff members are very friendly and sweet! They helped me heal faster than expectation. Special mention of the homely food that they offer to there patients.

I recently had a C Section Surgery at this hospital. I'm overall quite satisfied with the personalised medical care provided by the hospital both for myself and my baby. In particular, I would like to mention the name of Mr Soumen ( of billing department) who went the extra mile to help us throughout the process of admission and all the way to Discharge.

Undoubtedly the best mother and child care hospital in kolkata, we are really happy with the services provided by them, food is also of good quality and tasty, and best part is they don’t overcharge on the billing.

Excellent services.

My wife was in single room with me. The nursing staff is top notch and they helped a lot to recover from pain immediately post surgery.
Our baby was taken care properly at the nursery and was occassionally brought to our room to spend time / feed.

Our gynaecologist was Dr. Gitasree Mukherjee who is simply amazing. She gave a lot of confidence to us throughout our journey and the OT was amazing. My wife's pain subsided in 24-36 hours.
Our pediatrician was Dr. Ruma Ray who was very good and patient to make us understand as we are new parents.

The overall cost is premium. But probably we were aware of this before choosing bwnccc ( and I am sure others opting here will be aware as well)

Floor nursers are very polite and prompt, security is helpful, doctors fantastic and clean facilities! Every staff member is willing to help with any questions one may have. The entire process (admission to discharge) was well documented and explained and charges were also very fair.

Stayed in icu for two days and the nurses were extremely caring

I had a very nice experience here. The services, behaviour care that I received was very good. Sisters and nurses took immense care every time and cooperated to the best of their abilities. Other house keeping and required services was also very good with good infrastructure.

Best paediatrician Dr Ruma Ray and she is very helpful and caring doctor . Now my child is 5years old... During my Caesarian process the best caring and treatment I got from Dr Samir Kumar Ray and all the staffs , nurses of the hospital are very well mannered and helpful ... I am so much greatful to this hospital and my doctors. Without them I can't imagine how I can have my baby right now in our life. It was so critical and our doctors came like our saviour. May God bless them always.

Excellent care and support provided by Dr Marium Haque (consultant) and her team as well as all other staffs involved in the care of my wife and newborn. Would highly recommend maternity services from this hospital.

Best hospitals in regards Child care. Dr. TB Singh & Chandrani Mam should be consulted if anyone wants normal delivery. All departments are very helpful.

I had excellent experience overall. Apart from Dr Ranjit Chakraborty whose expert hands has given my patient a motivated positive experience during and post operative period, admission and discharge procedure was also very smooth and hassle free because of efficient and pleasant handling of Jhumki and Soumili, Rima, Soumen.
