GOVERNMENT MAIN ROAD ENCROACHMENT
Necessary action to be taken on the violation of the person concerned
PWD-NORTH EMPLOYEE- OVERSEER, S.SARAVANAN'S ATROCITIES-
“FENCE EATING THE CROPS-IS HE A ROAD KEEPER OR ROAD BLOCKER? OR A FULLTIME COW FARM EMPLOYEE OR A GOVT PART TIME PWD EMPLOYEE?”

Sub: Requesting to take necessary action on the concerned (so called “Palkaran” Saravanan) s/o sinrasu , a Govt servant violating Road safety and Security and for Govt property encroachment- and making public nuisances- Regarding
We hereby the habitants of Ramalingam Nagar, Dhatchanamoorthy Nagar, near soKkanathan pet, Pondicherry-605009, bring to your kind attention and notice of an individual named Palkaran Saravanan S/o Chinrasu and H/O Samundeeswari residing at No 26,South anakarai veedhi, (encroached property of the Government ie without documents) sokkanathanpet,near Jaya Nagar Bridge working as an Govt employee as a site overseer in the PWD-NORTH division of Pondicherry carrying out the following nuisance activities with atrocities and behaving like Gundha, rowdy and rogue, without fear of being a government servant by blocking and obstructing the Main road of Jaya Nagar bifurcating to Dhatchanamoorthy Nagar and Ramalingam Nagar ( exactly near the bend of the road with the narrow bridge) .He uses his wife named Samundeeswari as a Arm Guard to tackle the situation to escape from the Govt service block mark and divert the attention of the public on the cows .
Following are the atrocities caused y the balkaran Saravanan family
1. Tying cows and other cattle in the main road of Ramalingam nagar blocking the public road and quarrelling and fighting with passengers and pedestrians with the extending of beating the incent pubic crossing the road. (Refer the photos attached)
2. Feeding, washing and harboring of the cows in the road of thoroughfare area which is big idiotic, nonsense and nuisance activity caused by him to the adjacent habitants and to the public creating Public health problem. (Refer the photos attached) by keeping the excreta of the cow on road
3. Encroachment of the main road and that too, a narrow road by constructing a house in the place of Porampooku (government property) belonging to the water drainage canal bangs. In this regard olgaraut panchayat and municipality took action by demolishing the house by JCB machine, (Refer the photos attached) only the front elevation of the house after struggle of long period by making public complaints.
4. Now the demolished part again reconstructed in the same place with another nuisance with inbuilt of another Gate which is looking like railway gate. (Refer the photos attached) with the hooks inbuilt to tie the cows on the narrow road side of the wall
5. We are wondering a fulltime Govt employee how is allowed to carry out the fulltime cow farm works . If so why he is not transferred out of Pondicherry so far by the dept
6. It seems so many complaints were lodged in the neighboring police stations and Pondicherry municipality by the neighbors and by the public .
7. By the side of the house he is also growing a tree which is hindrance to the EB department and making power cut on and off in this area. (Refer the photos attached)
8. Demolished part of the house by the government is looking like a eye wash only to the public instead of full demolish of the house. (Refer the photos attached)
We the public, neighbors and habitants of the Ramalingam Nagar kindly request you to take necessary action on him (so called “Palkaran” Saravanan) and maintain the road safety and security ,peace and harmony to retain the government property (porampookku land) at the earliest.
