TFS Airport Lounge

Food quality is good. Options are also adequate. Using a credit card you can get entry with all food unlimited just they will take a charge of Rs. 2. Before going make sure you check with them if your card is holding this free facility or not. Or else they will charge more than 2k.

This newly opened lounge caters to First class/Business class or with Priority pass privilege customers. It is less crowded and variety of food is slightly different as compared to neighbour lounge which caters to all travellers having lounge access. Lounge is open 24/7 and is spacious too.

The newly opened section (only for airlines, priority pass and amex) is in general less crowded and the food is better, although limited options, compared to the older sections. Breakfast time can be a little disappointing because they are really slow in setting up the buffet in the breakfast hour.

I have 0 complains about this lounge. I checked in early in the morning around 5 AM. Zero wait time, food was extremely fresh and tasty and servers hospitable. Could not have asked for a better place to start our journey.

I was early to airport, that gave me a chance to visit the Kolkata airport domestic lounge and I must say I was really happy with the services they are providing.

Lounge checkin experience is very good. Buffet spread is also very good. Food is average, not hyped, but good. However main concern is space, very little space and gets very crowded. Saw people standing and eating from buffet.
Fortunately we got table for two though!
Had Parathas, Sandwich, Sausages, Chicken Keema, Chhole, Pastries, Coffee and had just the perfect start for morning before taking off from Calcutta skies.
Staff behaviour is nice and kind.

A new lounge of travel club has opened nearly a week back. This is just beside the escalators top end.

Here business class, amex, diners and priority pass in addition to other paid lounge access is available. It was quite empty compared to the regular lounge. Good feel.

Very good food and not as crowded as TFS lounge. Entry by Priority pass. Ambience is excellent. 1800/- approx for buffet breakfast or lunch (available 11.30am onwards) Payment of 2000/- gives a coupon of another entry valid for next 6 months.

It's a Nice Lounge with varieties of food options in buffet. The ambience is Great and staff's behaviour is decent. Cards like RuPay, HDFC EasyDiner, Standard Chartered Bank credit cards are accepted.

I visited here at night and found ample number of food options in Dinner buffet

Okay, I felt quite shy in using this but it is very easy. Take your card, at the reception show your card, enter pin, done.
Go inside, enjoy good seating arrangement and delicious buffet. Everything is free so have whatever you like. And tbh, food tasted much better than many buffet places I have been to specially the desserts.

After security check in u can have your lounge access with applicable credit cards at only Rs 2.
Well decorated, comfortable chair with charging port , clean toilet and huge varieties of food both veg and non-veg.
Unlimited soft drinks, tea, coffee, juice.

We rarely travel domestic, but this time when we did our Kolkata-Delhi we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality at the TFS lounge. Food was great & the staff even better. Would specially mention Koushik Chakrabarti whose customer service was par excellence. Would like to give a small suggestion , since knives are not allowed at the lounge for security reasons , it would be logical to serve chicken , fish etc in boneless form.

It was quite, calm and relaxing. The food was great too, it was great and easy to burn some time waiting for the flight. Has a great variety of things

We accessed lounge 1st time and this is the best food and rest option in Airport.  We had visited during dinner time, so option was plain rice, dal, potol chingri, doi katla, polao, chicken kosa, veg and non veg biryani, chanar dalna, alurdam, raita, achar, papad, gulab jamun, galore Halua, salad, fruits,  coffee, tea, cold drinks, juice etc. Food quality was good. Important thing is you have to enable lounge access debit or credit card, otherwise you can't avail it. They will charge for  Visa, Rupay and dinners club for Rs 2/-  and Mastercard or Mastro for Rs 25/- which is refundable.  After security check-in you can go lounge and stay 3 hrs and enjoy buffet veg or non veg items. Hard drinks available for paying extra. Don't be hesited to check your card, otherwise will be lose the opportunity. One important point is boarding pass name and card name may not be match during visit. as a example you have more thane one enable card but your friend or family member have not, so you can swipe your another card in favour of your friend or family member.

The food is good and the place is not too crowded. The washroom could have been a bit bigger. Nice variety of main course and desserts available.

Best lounge if you have a lounge card the menu is very good and fresh staff is too good just for 25rs I got unlimited food

It was a nice experience. Send 3 hrs of Night time there. The design of chairs and sitting arrangement is quite unique .

Good space to hangout.

But the smoking room is unbelievably tiny for a city that has probably everyone smoking.

First airport I have seen in India where women Queue up to smoke in the smoking room..

Kolkata requires a woman/ female smoking room in the airport.

I think women girls and grannies of Kolkata enjoy their smoke publicly. ☺

The cost of food is prohibitive and exorbitant to say the least.

Nice lounge on the first floor of domestic airport of kolkata. The food tasted good and there is different variety of seating space inside.
