Safe location for families and walk-ably close to major attractions of French Town. Attached Maharaja Restaurant serves authentic food at all times. Parking is limited but valet will help to secure one. Didn't have any issues staying there for 2 days.

Perfect for single occupancy business travel . 2mins walk to beach and nearby tea stall for early morning walker . Breakfast was food and the service. Toiletries was sufficient and good quality.

Rooms were good and clean and value for money, close to Puducherry Railway station, walkable to most of tourist spots such as French Colony, Promenade Beach Botanical garden, St Basilica Church and Marina beach

It is a newly opened hotel few months ago. One of the best in town and budget friendly stays. Rooms are crystal clean and neat toilets. In this price , they provide delicious breakfast with minimal items, All toiletries. Room has a fridge, Coffee, Tea and green tea packets. Service is top notch. Very friendly and helpful staffs with quick response. Need to improve in parking alone. Rest everything is very good. Hotel is good for family, couples and friends. It is in prime location, very near to all tourist places. Very satisfied stay ✌

One of the best Hotel in Pondicherry, just in front of railway station, very close to French City.
Hotel management is really professional.
Had issue with washroom which they fixed within 15 min. on request.

It was soo good for my stay in pondicherry as the property is just on the main road itself and from where you can travel all the main attractions of pondicherry very easily. The ambience of the room is also good and very comfortable. The staffs behaviour, the foom services is quite amazing!

Before proceeding further with the Rooms. I would really thanks to Raffis Sir, The Owner of the Hotel. He is very decent gentleman. He guided us the nearby places. & even helped us for arragment of vehicles. The most important part discount. I'll not disclose the deal here. But definitely it was the best deal I could ever have.
Coming upon Rooms. Excellent AC rooms. Newly built. Situated nearby station & even beaches. Again a good point.
Note - What ever images you see online while booking in agoda mmt, Rooms are even more good than those images.

Pretty decent Rooms with Hygienic bathrooms. Price is low and Food is Great. Must Try Grill Chicken, Hot n Sour Soup and Prawn Fried Rice.. Really my Family loved it.........

We used to visit pondy very frequently. This hotel is located in the prime area and hardly 5-7 min walking distance from beach. Rooms are beautiful clean and neat. Mr.Raffis very friendly person and he will treat you are at your home. Smiling face .

Don't miss to stay the wonderful place.

Stayed here for 2 nights and 2 days overall gave the comfy that is needed one suggestion which I would like to post here is they would have provided a cup of coffee/tea by morning to wake and make the day fresh.

Coming to the room and ambience no compromise is made would definitely visit this place one again If there comes a time had a feel that A/C was not cooling enough.

Expecting your own self in future to open a mini cafe inside the premises which would provide short eats in evening time.

Really neat and tidy room and bathroom... I really enjoyed my stay in pondicherry because of them! Location wise it's really great...everything is walking distance of you don't mind walking a bit...Really appreciated the hotel staff and MD for accommodating our requests....Will most definitely recommend and stay here again!

The room was really clean and hotel staff is really good and I was traveling solo and all things was really safe and the best part of the hotel is all prime locations are really nearby like pondicherry sation, white town ,ashram, beach so I enjoyed a lot

We visited Pondicherry recently ( 21 April 2022 to 23 April 2022) and stayed at Raffis Andalusia , i must say that hotel is nice cozy and is accessible to major attractions and within walking distance from beach and Railway station . The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We personally thank Mr.Raffis for warm welcome and timely help by providing us with Blanket for our onward journey when the trains abruptly cancelled linens and when my husband was trying to buy a blanket as we were travelling with our lil one and finally reached out to Mr.Raffis who provided one without accepting any money and his timely gesture is truly appreciated . I think this is what we say going above and beyond to service the customer even after they have checked out . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pondicherry.

This place is just excellent in every manner.
I explain it how.
1. Clean room, and comfortable stay.
2. Walking distance from rock beach and heritage town.
3. Very very very helpful and polite staffs and very fine service, even better than big names I used to stay earlier.
4. Value for money.
5. But the best part is, there honesty:
I stayed there on April 30, 2022 and checked out on next day. We had two rooms and were four friends. 303 and 305. We had a great stay and nice trip. As a frequent visitor to Pondy, it was our first stay in this hotel and personally I was little sceptical about the place because earlier I only had stayed in big names. But it all went really well. I was happy with the place. After we returned back to Chennai, i realised that i can't find my watch, and I was totally hopeless, as it was already 7 days passed when I realised it.
I called treebo trend and then they gave me the number of hotel management. Initially I was totally hopeless. When I explained about my issue, the hotel management told me that my watch is safe with them, all I need is to tell them my current address so that they can send it back to me. It was so overwhelming because that watch was a special and gift and so close to my heart. I couldn't believe it. I almost cried while thanking them on phone call. They safely returned back my watch.

Best hotel to stay in Pondi. Rooms are very cosy, super clean, comfortable and luxurious! They provide authentic south Indian breakfast which was amazing.

I would like to give 5 star rating as this place diserve it.
Rooms are well maintained, linens are clean and bathroom are well sanitised. I had a great experience staying here, and would intent to visit again. I request management to keep up the expectations steady.
